I've used Paddy Power & Sky Bet regularly in the past but towards the end of the last football season I switched to Bet Fair. I think the football lists could be simplified a bit more to as I remember having to troll through European games when I only wanted to bet on the UK leagues but hopefully this will be better at the start of the coming season. I've used it in the summer for a few racing bets and the cash out feature works with this which I think could be unique to Bet Fair as it doesn't work with racing with Paddy Power or Sky Bet. This is a great feature advantage in my option. Additionally I have not had any log in problems which I did have with the other two, one of the main reasons I stopped using them was not being able to log in on a Saturday afternoon, hopefully this will continue to be the case as there is nothing worse than having an accumulator you want to cash out towards the end of a game and then not being able to log in because of capacity issues! Overall a great app and one of the best of not the best on the market. The real test of this for me will be its resilience during the Saturday/Sunday afternoons of the new football season.

The matches are right in front of you and so simple to place a bet on either a single match or a number of matches, I've always gone to my local bookie to bet on the footie and never had any luck, I've been using Betfair for a matter of days and have already won some money, it's so much better that you can actually see how much you will win so you know how much to put on, I've never known a better way to bet, and having the option to cash out is incredible, it means you will always be guaranteed some money from your stake, it's worth while and I certainly will be using it for every bet I do from now on. I recommend this app to everyone!

I disagree with other reviews in relation to notifications. Another review mentioned that notification was not given of kick off, goals and start and finish etc. This is simply not the case, the notifications work fine, I switched mine off because they were too many!!! I would like to see football/all events listed by day or date, as opposed to the current setup which only shows today and tomorrow, after which it's a bit random. Other websites list all games on a given day with a good seven days of fixtures. It makes it easier when selecting multiples. That aside, good app!!

I have only just begun using this site after the Betfred app kept freezing with connection problems and I must say from all of the bookmaker apps, I've used, these are by far the best to their customer. They promote responsible gambling in a good way, ie: when withdrawing, they tell you how much you've deposited compared to what you've withdrawn. No matter when you place a bet, they get the best price possible, this even includes lucky 15 and other multiplies which no other bookmaker does. I cannot recommend this app highly enough. EXCELLENT !!!!

The range of markets and prices offered can't be matched by any of the other betting operators and you just can't beat the buzz of cashing out on an accumulator in running. The cashout page on this app just makes the perfect second screen when watching live sports.

This is the best looking betting site out there and tons better than the exchange site. The fixed odds could be more competitive and more in line with exchange instead of a fraction shorter than best available price. The best odds guarantee on the horses is welcome. No single site has overcome the issues of navigating large numbers of football matches but this site is more responsive than most. A search function would make this perfect but won't stop me awarding 5*.

What a cracking little app. The overhaul has been all for the better. It's now so easy on the eye and sets itself apart from the competition - unique. So easy to use and navigate that I no longer bother with other betting apps. Some tweaks have been made / are being made to improve the functionality, which is great. It seems when we ask for something to change or be included, Betfair listen! Thumbs up from me! Looking forward to the World Cup now!

I've tried plenty off betting apps and this is the best so far! I used to have multiple apps but I just use this one now, no glitches, plenty of promos and rewards and an easy efficient 'cash out' system 10/10. As a football punter though I would like to see a professional betting app to come along one day that shows you your exact losses/profits from day 1 till present time/day of checking, very good way to promote responsible gambling too

The new app has a slicker interface than before making menial, time consuming tasks in previous versions, seem much more simple.

The update has made changes that are much more vast than previous updates but this may just signify the importance betfair are placing in developing the app.

It takes a few minutes to get used to, but once at ease with the new features it becomes a lot more simple to navigate.

Great app, great promos. Lots if different things to bet on. Notifications for football matches involving your bets. Highly recommend

Updated 8th July 2015 - new update has taken away sections in football match bets i.e half time goals, goals market. Really really annoying having to scroll through only to find the market isn't there!!! Please please sort this out as apart from that it's a great app

Changed to this online betting site because of the unreliable cash out system offered by Paddy Power. Had no problems whatsoever with this app, it's fast & reliable. Recommended if you like the occasional flutter and like me, don't have the bottle to see your bet through until the end if it's getting a bit nervy. Odds are generous as well.

A great app, my favourite part is the "starting soon" tab which helps you pinpoint games in similar time frames. The only negative is that if you have no money in the account then you are unable to watch the game....even if you have staked money on the game! I think if you have money on it you should be afforded the option of watching it!

Best app for cash out by far, also like the score updates that you don't get with most of the other bookmakers apps, although they could just wait a few seconds to see if the goal they have reported has been disallowed, frustrating when it notifies of a goal but then changes its mind 5 seconds later, only problem I've noticed though

I prefer this over all betting apps, recently switched from William Hill because of the usability. I was very loyal until I tried this. It even pops up with the scores on the games you have betted on! Fantastic! All though I would say it needs a feature where you can keep up with them, not just on in-play available betting games.

I think that bet fair is the one of the best betting apps compared to others it's so easy to navigate. Special bets and different types of sports the only one thing I would suggest tis notifications of cashing out opportunities!!!!! Saying that they have better cashing out offers compared to other apps. By far my favourite.

Best betting app Iv used brilliant had a few problems starting of but customer support and managers straight on the ball ringing me and had it sorted out in minutes , also you can do so much on this app far more than others not only betting but passing time and having fun great app recommend it to anyone , worth it

I think this isn't the most user friendly of apps. Sky bet and will hill both are easier to use apps in terms of finding the bet I want to place quickly. That said its worth the extra time to find the bet with the edge feature. Odds of winning is less in exhange for the odds of losing reduced. I'll take that bet fair!

I did use ladbrokes app and initially I was drawn in my a promotion for new accounts. But I'm glad I did now. Easy to use no struggling to find what you want . LOVE the cash out feature. Not had any problems with it YET although my hubby missed out on a cash out as it glitched but it's all good. Highly recommended.

I've used the site for about 3 months and find the graphics very clear. The site is easy to navigate, and less complicated than another site I use. Placing bets and cashing out are simple. £10 to withdraw funds is high and only downside for me. Make your choice but I recommend Betfair it's so Tap Tap Boom
