IP電話を始めて使用した感想です。レビューなど見て音質が心配でしたが、個人的には十分満足で遅延もほとんどきになりません。ただ別件でひとつ。

FUSIONのIP-phone smartにて使用しています。他の方もおっしゃっているのですが、アプリを完全に起ち上げていると問題なく着信するのですが、バックグラウンドにて起動しながらホーム画面にしていると着信せずアナウンスが流れてしまいます。
バックグラウンドでの着信について - ★★★★★
Wi-FiもauLTEでも他の3GもOK、stunをデフォルトのziperサーバーを使う、Googleのstunサーバーはダメです。
ただプッシュ通知(有料1100円)無料にしてください。
追記: Wi-FiとLTEが切り変わってもアプリが自動で切り替わらない！アプリを再起動してレジストしなければならない時もある。
ぷららフォンforフレッツの050IP電話で使用できます - ★★★★☆
他の方々と同様に、FUSION IP smartで使ってます。
国外にいながら国内通話料金で電話を着信できるのは嬉しいですね。

あと、Google talksでも使えるかもしれません。未検証

なんら仕様に問題ないです。広告ないです。
