Reliable and Convinient

I send money to my family in the Philippines every month or whenever there is an emergency. And was mostly using Philippine banks no problem with that. But my work schedule ( graveyard) and proximity to these banks is where the problem begins. While on vacation on the Phil's i needed more cash for an emergency i was searching online how to get money from my US bank without paying any high charges (ATM) i tried using WU i have learned that if you send dollar to dollar (not peso) they don't charge you any transaction fee. So i tried it and was able to get my money w/o problems. So after that vacation I tried sending money from my bank (US) to a bank in the Phil's (dollar to peso w/ 4days waiting time) & no transaction fees again!! and guess what? The transaction was completed w/o problems! And i love it! I Also had one transaction that i mistakenly sent to myself in the Phil's, i just called the 1-800# for costumer service and they helped me change the location to USA (to avoid charges). I had my money back in no time. Now i regularly send thru WU online. Convenient indeed coz i can do it anywhere anytime! And very reliable!
