I have a pet rabbit and two goldfish and when I got a letter saying there was an app I downloaded it and it was amazing because I could use my VIP card from my phone and access vouchers. They asked me to type my rabbits details in so they could send her a present for her birthday and found it so sweet. I highly recommend this app if you have a pet and support them all the way

I love any app that can simplify my life so being able to scan my VIP card using my phone is great. When I entered my VIP card details & it brought up the names and ages of my dogs, it was one of those silly moments of happiness that made me instantly share it with the person sitting next to me. Being able to save pictures of my dogs into the app was the icing on the cake!

Very nice, simple layout which is really easy to use. There was a bug with vouchers initially which is now fixed & it's such a handy app as I usually forget my paper voucher and/or VIP card when shopping in store - now vouchers are sent directly to my phone & are all to hand along with my VIP card so everything can be scanned on my phone at the till

Seriously I've had no problems I have all vouchers I need I can change my pets details.

The app is FREE for goodness sakes! Pets at home don't have to give us money OFF vouchers. You lot complaining need to get a life. I've never come across so many ungrateful Debbie downers in all my life.

Great app Pets at Home

The is an excellent app and a big improvement since the previous app for Pets at Home VIP. It would nice if we could shop through the app and not redirect us to the webpage. Maybe a future change hopefully. I like that I can put a photo of dog and all the personal details!

Just downloaded this app, as I always have my phone on me, but not the fiddly little key fob, which gets very dirty and not always scannable. So far not a problem, did read the other reviews, however, decided that I'll give it a chance.

Lovely little app that is useful for all those little questions that we all have as regards our 4 legged offspring! Shop ask questions and just general information, this is the app you need for your very important family members

Just downloaded this great new app from Pets at Home, really slick. Off to spend my new 10% voucher tomorrow which just popped in - hurrah !

Brilliant idea to have card on an app, extra vouchers to the ones you receive through the post, brilliant for me as a regular customer.
