You saved me.

I just broke down and used the AA app. It was extremely easy to just click my fault and request the AA to rescue me. The app had all my details of my car and most importantly the app knew my exact location. The app informed me that the aa was on their way and what time to expect them. I used the app to show proof to the engineer, I was a member as I have personal cover (not my car). Once sorted the app let me know all was done. It has saved me. I would have otherwise have to get maps out to workout my exact location on the road, state my car registration make/model/colour and call them. The app did it all and I did not speak to one person. 10/10.
