Great app!! Helps you make better food choices!

I was very impressed with this app. It's easy to use and shows you things about your food choices that you may not have known otherwise.
The first thing that I noticed was how well the barcode scanner works. Much better than most other apps that I've used.
I've found that several foods that I thought were healthy choices were not as good as I originally thought they were. This app points out specific info about controversial additives and colors that you may want to stay away from. One thing that really hit home for my kids was when it related the amount of sugar grams that's in a product to how many teaspoons of sugar you are actually eating.
The app also gives you some great alternative that food choices. It's nice that it gives you similar items to the one you scanned and doesn't just pull some healthy choices out of left field.
Overall my entire family loves this app and is constantly using it to check out the foods they are eating and looking for some healthier choices.
