I have been using Fooducate for a long time and it only gets better with each update. The best thing about Fooducate is that I don’t feel like I’m on a diet. I get to learn all about what’s in my food and how to make better choices. I get to scan all the food in my grocery store and learn about all the strange ingredients I can’t pronounce. And then I get to eat healthier and as I result, my body looks and feels better!
It really is like having a weight loss coach. I get daily reminders to motivate me to achieve my goals and daily blog posts for easy to understand and interesting food education. The food tracker is amazing for tracking each item of food that I have eaten throughout the day, with a clear calorie counter and daily summary of my nutrients and progress.
I am cooking much more than I used to and I use the healthy recipes section for ideas and inspiration. Of course, as any person who has used Fooducate will tell you, the community couldn’t be more supportive, knowledgable, and also fun! I love to check the discussion board for motivation from others' weight loss and inspiration through other members' thoughts, experiences, and often humorous pictures.
If I ever have a question about the app, I contact Fooducate through the app and they always respond promptly and are really kind!
The newest feature that I’m so excited about is the option to chat. Now, I can give and receive faster and more personalized support. Really, the app is only getting better! Thank you Fooducate!
