FOOD IS MY LIFE

I live to eat-but I also know that I need to watch out for whatever I put in my body. I have learned so much from fooducate! The new recipe addition is great. I have made five new recipes from this app. I love it, my kids love it and to my surprise my hubby loves it.

My husband used to be an avid junk food eater, but now uses the alternative features to find better options. Thats not to say he does not eat junk food- he still does but its usually less processed junk.

In addition to being obsessed with the alternatives
I have learned what is hidden in my food and what "healthy" products are really healthy and which aren't.
The features are great! The recipes are beyond wonderful.

The new health tracker features are awesome. I can track my sleep, moods, in addition to food and exercise.

This is the bestttt
