This app thought of everything I'd possibly need if I was in a car accident. I hope I never get in one, but if I do I know that I'll have an excellent tool to get me through the situation- documenting all the information I'll need. Thank you Travelers! It's so cool how the app is able to access everything you need right when you need it too.- with the contacts and the maps and the camera. So seamless.

This is a great app to have on your phone, even if you hope you never have to use it. Walks you through key steps to take when you're in an accident, and helps you create a detailed accident report that you can send to yourself or your insurance company. If you're a Travelers customer you can also use it to submit a claim. But it's useful whether of not you're a Travelers customer.

The app looks really cool, especially the floating umbrella. I love the fact that I can take more than 4 pictures per vehicle / accident scene. Other apps restrict the total number of pictures you can take per accident. I wish there was something like this for home as well

I love the umbrella!!! And I feel less anxious knowing that I have something to guide me through those intense moments after an accident. The ability to audio record an accident is brilliant because it is so much easier than typing when the adrenaline is pumping.

Great app. Well organized and easy to use. I hope I never really have to use one of these accident apps but if I do I would definitely use Accudent Help from Travelers. It has the most thorough reporting capabilities that I have seen and I'm not even a customer!

I like the fact that I can use the app even if I'm not a Travelers customer. I find a towing service anytime. Even though I hope I don't have an accident, I like the fact the I can capture all the info in one place and then email it to myself.

Travelers new app is a much better experience and supports all the functions I need to service my policy. Love that I can download an insurance ID card for my car.

Welcome to the 21st century! Finally an app that allows me to do everything I need. Very convenient, great app.

This is a huge update for Travelers. I look forward to more app functionality.

Need ability to save User ID if desired. Wouldn't hurt to enable Touch ID.

The old travelers app did not work. The new one is very helpful!
