Welcome to The Breath! We are a specialist breathwork community dedicated to optimising mental and physical health through breathwork. How we breathe is at the core of how healthy we are and how we perform day to day. We aim to give our members an in-depth education and the necessary tools to reach their goals using breathwork.

In the app you will find:

Whether you are wanting more calm, focus or energy we have the sessions to get you to your required mental state in minutes

SPECIALIST COURSES FOR LONG TERM CHANGE
Our courses are designed to give members a proper understanding of the techniques so they can apply them throughout the course and afterwards for permanent change
