The method used by Hena Antistress makes catching a few minutes of mindfulness even more accessible. With regular practice of mantras of the day, you can learn to shut out the noise of modern life, be present in the moment, and lessen the stress without having to take a trip to a remote tropical island. Psychology tips and knowledge of the runes will also be of great help on that path. While there are plenty of stress-relief meditations out there, the Hena app streamlines the process, helping you coordinate the process and achieve a new level of meditation mastery.

Subscription options: 1 week. The subscription gives full access to all features of the app for the selected period.

If you opt for a weekly subscription plan, payment is made 3 days after the first activation of the subscription. Your iTunes account will be charged during the 24-hour period before the current subscription expires, with the price and your expiration date specified. The subscription renews automatically, and you will be charged up to 24 hours before the next subscription period starts until the user cancels the subscription.

To turn off auto renewal, go to your Apple user account settings. Once the subscription has been paid for, it's not possible to cancel it.
