The updates have been great, nice to see developers actually taking feedback on board. The new layout of being able to see accounts in a quick screen is great - really loving that! Account numbers & sort codes being displayed on every screen & pending transactions being displayed in a very clear format too. Also, finally having the "pay credit card" button making it very clear on how to pay it off - I've been waiting for that since the new app launch. I've never had any problems with the app other than waiting for a few missing features (which have now been incorporated). Touch ID has always been flawless for me and the app works very well.

The app is excellent but there only one shortcoming I noticed. We are not given an option to print or download a payment receipt especially since most of our payments may require a confirmation from the receiver.

Manage your money on the go – check your balance, pay a bill, send money, move money – into a savings account or into a Savings Pot. You can also:
• Open a TSB current account
• Register for Digital Banking
• Log in securely with your fingerprint or face ID
• Identify a payment by the retailer logo next to the transaction

What you need to use this app
• You’ll need to be a personal TSB customer and have a device running iOS 11 or above. You'll need to be a UK resident to apply for new products.
• To use Touch ID requires at least an iPhone 5S
• To use Face ID you need the iPhone X or later
