So Jersey Mike's updated their app. It's clear in doing so that they also rolled over to some new backend systems. This requires that the app be set up new even if you had the prior one set up already. While that might seem like a minor inconvenience, an inconvenience is all it is. Once you set the app up with your account and link your share points to this new account (which worked perfectly), the app works exactly as it should. I was able to get all of the set up done in just a couple of minutes and the app works perfectly. If you get this app, be prepared to do some set up. But once set up, you will have no trouble.

I love walking into jersey mikes and being greeted by many people who smile and ask how your day has been so far. It is so amazing and this app makes it so much better and easier to order your sub. I love this app so much by being so handy! Also try the chicken salad or Italian sub or even the most delicious Philly cheesesteak!! There are so amazing in fact they are making mg mouth water right now! I am going to use this app to order my yummy subs. The app is so easy and great to use!

Functionality is great but the add / subtract features could use a little work. For example, the app let me select both white an wheat breads initially. One should gray out after the other is selected instead of giving an error when trying to go to checkout. How about changing the plus / minus to a checkbox or two (for the option of requesting more). Otherwise, the app is very intuitive and easy to use.

Working for Jersey Mikes is amazing in itself , now the fact that I can show my friends the magic of jersey mikes even out of the store makes it even easier! You must get this app. It makes ordering a breeze and will just continue to get better and better, since 1956 Jersey Mikes continues to excel and this is no exception! Oh and get the #4 or the Cancro special, delicious gems!

My go-to place when we don't have time to cook has made it even easier for me to order & pay while on the run. Subs are awesome (as always) & with the app I can store my family favorites the way everyone likes them so my order is ready for me when I get there. The only improvement I would want is delivery to my door! Thanks!

This app seems to work great so far! I have now used it twice. Lists sandwiches and items you can add and subtract very clearly. Easy to use and very similar to other sandwich store apps. I love being able to pay in the app and then pick up in the store and only having to worry about signing the receipt when I get there!

The app does what it's supposed to do, plain and simple. It's evident the developers haven't kept up to date on the iOS Human Interface Guidelines (it looks like it's iOS 6 still), but its functionality is excellent. And that's all you can ask for when you're hungry and need yourself some Jersey Mike's.

My husband recommended this app to me, and I'm so happy I got it! Ordering is easy, as is checkout - I just order from my phone, pop over to the shop and they have my sandwich ready! No need to bring out a card (though always bring it just in case.)
I highly recommend this app to anyone!

Takes some setup, and needs work on the flexibility of your order. But for the most part it is a decent pre-order app so far. Time will tell.
Just like all apps they want you to review before you get a real good test drive.
I'll let you know if I find any major issues.

The app is pretty great- but I have a suggestion! Add a deal every once in a while that app users can utilize, even if it is 1.00 off a giant or something app users will feel it necessary to recheck their app and keep jmikes on their mind!

This app works so good I can order my sandwich quick and set a time! Not have to wait in lines or anything! I can also check my shore points without going into the store they're right in the app!! Awsome Jersey Mikes thank you!!

My only regret is not downloading this app a long time ago. I love the special cash register for phone and app orders. One of the most user friendly apps I've used. The ability to write notes is awesome and indispensable.

I love that I never have to wait in line when I order through the app! Also, when you include comments in the order, the employees actually read them. So if you want them to warm up your cold sandwich, they can do it :-)

Having the app to itemize all of your options is way less confusing than doing it while standing in line. The shop is less than 10 min away and the subs are always ready when I get there. A great combination!

This App works as described, no problems or annoyances. Mobile ordering on my iphone6 has been quick and easy. Sure beats standing in line for 15 minutes. Definitely recommend.

This app is so efficient and makes ordering and picking up a quick delicious lunch during work a breeze. I snap my fingers and it's ready and I'm back to work in a flash

I love the app easy to use and makes the trip so much faster. Just maybe put the prices of the sub on the menu page

And the app is easy. The only thing is I wish you could import email coupons. Maybe you can & I haven't seen it?

Love the new App. Fast and sleek. Never had an account so I had to create one and link my Shore Points to it.

Makes ordering a breeze. Only issue is that it won't let you choose rosemary parm bread without typing a note
