This app adds considerable value beyond what's available through my online broker, which makes it totally worth the time it takes to manually enter financial transactions into the app. Customization is excellent. The graphical views are clean and well implemented. Access to Morningstar analysis/insights is integrated and immediate. A great environment for research and portfolio management.

Admittedly I'm new to trading but that drove me to look for something that pulled together my portfolio, my watch list and all the standard analysis into one place and I stumbled on this app. It has it all this and more. So far only pleasant surprises and I'll see how it performs as my knowledge and portfolio grow.

My favorite aspect is the links between data sets-- you're never more than one touch away from pricing history, or company news (which is current btw), or portfolio analysis--or any of the other Mstar investing research. The design has gone so far beyond "tabs" it's the single best way to access trading info.

This app contains a ton of terrific resources which deepen your knowledge if you invest.
I took the time to load a portfolio of potential stocks, ETFs for a close inspection of their behavior on the market. The analytic tools to draw from is impressive and helped me form some buying decisions.

Definitely a great way to check on funds you want to consider for your investment portfolio. As I am just starting retirement, this app has given me confidence and I have made several successful decisions so far. Life is GOOD

The updated iPad app was a very long time coming but well worth the wait. While not as full featured as the website it is a great start and hopefully demonstrates M* commitment to mobile devices.

Enter your portfolio, get price updates and great analysis of your portfolio without connecting to your broker. You also receive market info and MS articles. Good stuff.

I use Morningstar daily for my mutual fund/ equities reviews. Very unbiased and good up to date information. Highly recommend.
