The latest version of the Joss & Main app literally melted my face. No, I mean in a good way. Back in the early ‘00s I had just graduated college with a degree in Artistic Design. I didn’t know what that really meant back then, and I still don’t know for sure why I majored in that area of studies, but the design of this version of Joss & Main showed me I really don’t know anything about design. It has literally (literally in the literal sense) changed my whole view about the way products should be design. It’s not just about shopping, because shopping for furniture and home goods is just about shopping, it’s about lifestyle. This is lifestyle changing people, and I don’t say this just because I know what I like. I like what I know, and I know this. In the biblical sense.

I have ordered from Joss & Main 5 times in the past year and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of their products! I have ordered some big ticket items like a set of 4 bar stools as well as patio furniture. They are all very good quality and look great in the space I purchased them for! They have anything from traditional style to modern style furniture, lighting and decor at very reasonable prices. They even have jewelry and travel items from time to time. This is my go to app for anything I need in my home including organizational items as well as outside like patio, garden and even outdoor games! It's definitely worth checking out :-)!

I live in a very small town with limited shopping. I like this site because it offers me the opportunity to purchase unique and hard to find items at a discounted price. I have ordered three times from the site and have been extremely satisfied with the products. The items ship fast and are packaged very well. The pictures have been very accurate. Both the app for my mobile and pad are easy to navigate and customer service has been very quick to respond to questions. Extremely happy with the experiences I have had thus far and look forward to many more shopping excursions from the comfort of my own home!

I absolutely love this app. I haven't yet ordered from it because it is still a little out of my budget even though I know they are great deals from really expensive things. Every now and then I will want to buy something and it's in another members cart. What I do love and find truly useful is just looking at the app. I have recreated so many pieces out of things I saw or an idea I had on here and you cant tell the difference. I wish they would come out with a mag with a DIY section in it!! That would really be amazing!!! J&M if y'all need people for the DIY section, I would absolutely love too!!!

This is a great site. Don't have a clue if Joss & Main is part of Wayfair or not (as one reviewer said) but the items are good quality. A couple of friends and I have all ordered an item or two each and been more than happy with the quality and that the item was represented correctly! The app works great on my phone AND my ipad. One reviewer said theirs 'crashed all the time' but I have had absolutely no problem at all so my guess is they have an unstable device probably.

All-in-all the quality is good to great product-wise and the app works perfectly . . . at least for me and on my devices!

We moved into our new house last year and discovering Joss & Main has been a godsend. You can find unique pieces that you can't find anywhere else. Going to stores is almost always a waste of time. I have found several furniture and home decor items that I absolutely love. When I am looking for a new home item, Joss & Main is my first place to check out. I also really appreciate their variety in selection (something for all tastes) and their affordability. Sometimes you need a bit more high end and sometimes not. They have it all!!!

I find great deals on furniture for my house. Especially love my metal bed. Found a lot of decor and organization supplies,, the only complaint I have is with the app. I'm unable to follow through with my purchases on a few occasions and it's very frustrating , usually just call or try alternate ways of payment like PayPal if it gets stuck. For example I'll choose my card app will say I've not chosen a form of payment.. Really only lost out on one item because of this though,, other than that I'm really happy with the site,,,

This app has some of the most beautiful home items. My first purchase was a bedding set (that my husband and I love!) and I just made my second purchase. Some of the items on the app are a little too pricey for me but there are so many things that aren't several hundred dollars. I have told all my friends and family about this app because I just love it so much. I window shop the app every single day just looking for that one item I have to have :) you won't be disappointed!!!

I have now purchased several items from Joss and Main and also from Wayfair. I couldn't be happier with my purchases thus far. I guess you would call my taste rustic industrial with a dash of whimsy...maybe even slightly eccentric and I can always find something I can't live without. And this app makes purchasing my must-haves maybe a little TOO easy. But that's okay. And I will continue to be loyal to this app and to this company. Couldn't be happier.

The app works seamlessly. It's easy to navigate and never crashes. The pictures are clear and large so you can really see their detail. The apps main page shows you 15 style categories. You can also choose product type. Endless options and fantastic prices. The idea boards are helpful to save all your favorites. The only thing I wish it included are reviews. I can be on this for hours there's so much to see!

I've bought several pieces from Joss & Main and have always had an excellent experience. The items are true to their descriptions and their quality is fantastic! Shopping can take a little longer than I'd like sometimes but I'm never disappointed. Customer service is friendly and attentive when there is an issue (item damaged in transit, etc.). I'm a customer for as long as they stay in business!

I wasn't a fan of the current version but it has grown on me after they made some adjustments. I absolutely love this site. I don't know the last time I've been inside an actual furniture store. Most items ship free and very fast. In a regular furniture store they charge for delivery plus you have to wait for stock to be ordered from their warehouse. I prefer Joss and Main. Love it!!

I am not an online shopper for furniture but decided to try it since it has free shipping . What a wonderful experience ! Everything I ordered has been consistent with the picture and product description . It is easy and convenient with the app being in my iPhone . I highly recommend giving it a try , you won't be disappointed ! -D. Newbie online shopper!

I'm obsessed with joss&main while shopping for my new apartment and this app is great! 1000x better with the search option and it was super convenient and easy to order from my phone as well. Just wish I had the option to heart/like things on the app and then look at them all after on my phone. I keep having the pin it to Pinterest in order to bookmark it.

Bought a new house and need furnishings. I have always loved joss and main but now it's even better, I get on every day, find something new and it gets delivered days later. ease of use is amazing, customer service is phenomenal. If anything comes damaged or incorrect they answer the phone quickly and fully refund you or ship you a replacement FAST!!!

A unusually excellent app. Never any problems.

If you 'hang' on Joss & Main like me, you will appreciate an app that has easy accessibility, content with as little info as possible to to really understand salient features of item, check-out in as little time as it takes to enter your password. Not to mention the great things offered!

I really love the products on this site and the prices are competitive. But what I love best is the customer service. I had to return an item bc I did not measure my wall correctly and the customer service reps I wrote with couldn't have been more pleasant and each response was written within 24 or less of my initial contact.

I absolutely love Joss&Main. I have ordered quite a few items from them and they have all been exceptional. I have received so many compliments, and I tell everyone..it's Joss&Main! Their customer service is excellent if you ever have a problem or need to exchange/return an item. They are very responsive and accommodating.

Please, please, please add a feature to save something to favorites or "like" an item. I hate having to remember which event it was featured in. Sometimes the small inconvenience discourages me from searching again to order. Other than that small request I love this app and the deals are amazing. Thank you Joss & Main.
