I think the UH staff are angels sent from heaven. I was diagnosed with breast cancer May 3rd and have since seen numerous doctors, physician assistance, nurse practitioners, rns lpn, receptionists and many more I probably forgot over these last 5 months. Angels... Some came in just to hold my hand through difficult procedures.
I have a long way to go to my final survivorship but I am very blessed to have the UH team on my side
Only I time was I upset... I needed an echocardiogram and I still has the drain in from my mastectomy and the technician was angry about that because I made her job harder. She was very rough with me and very put out about the whole thing and huffed and pushed and went to get another nurse. Awful experience for me but I chalked it up to maybe her having sniff day and only one time I was uncomfortable in about 100 times.
I will recommend UH and your staff to everyone. They took my scariest moments in my life and made them as easy as they possibly can. Ps my chemo nurse is awesome!!!

Finally, we can have access to our health information without having to call a clinic or the records department which could easily take a month of back-and-forth requests for "my" health information. The app allows you to connect to more than one health clinic, hospital, or and entire health system. If your health providers have FMH then you can get an entire picture of your health. The part that excites me the most is I can review my health data prior to an appointment and converse with the provider with KNOWLEDGE! I want to be a decision maker (player) when it comes to my health. Thank you FMH in allowing me to do this. There are so many items I could describe here but let me list two (1) the ability to renew prescriptions and (2) being able to send my provider a message that is secured. Let me end by saying that FMH continues to update the app with great new features (which can include additional health data points). Bravo!

I love checking in from home, go to the doctor's office, pay co-pay, sit down and play on phone or whatever. It's great! I can change or add information from home in a relaxed chair with my cup of hot coffee waiting to be picked up like a little puppy. ☕️ No one is looking over my shoulder at home, it's quiet, and I can add my picture so the doctor's office can identify me as well. A lot of older people don't do it and they can't do the computer check in ipads in the doctor's office. Well, guess what? A family member or caretaker can do the older person's check in from home online, help them understand their diagnosis, see their past reports, and not have to just trust what older mom and dad remember. It's great! Everything is right there for the caretaker to see from the doctor. No more problems with mom saying, "I don't remember exactly what the doctor said, but I'm ok now."

This App allows quick access to information that is important and convenient to patients willing to sign up for it. It also stops the harassing phone calls the receptionist have to answer! My provider Samantha M. is amazing she treats very thorough unlike other physicians handing out candy!

A great way to keep us patients informed on what is going on with our health. I love being able to log in and see my lab results and being able to send a message to my doctor! The app is even better now that I can pay my bills directly from the app.

I appreciate how easy it is to access my medical information from lab results, prescriptions, invoices. No more calling the doctor to fax (I mean it's 2017) your results , you can access all your information yourself!! This is a life changer!!

I love the app. Keeps me updated with my health, meds and I can even send messages to my doctor. App is very up to date and makes my life easier when booking appointments. No one wants to be on hold forever when you call a doctors office.

This is a great app. It keeps me in closer contact with my doctor. I love the fact that I can email her whenever I need to and not have to bother calling the office with silly questions. I definitely recommend this app.

I find it extremely useful to get my lab and MRI results as soon as they are completed. The notification in my email means that I don't have to keep opening the webpage to see if new results are posted. Love this app!

This app is wonderful. I can print immunization forms for my kids if I need them without going to the pediatrician's office. I can sent a question to their doctor and get a reply quickly.

My primary Dr uses a different app and it stinks. I was hesitant to even look at this one thinking I would be disappointed but I am so glad I did! Glad my OB/GYN office uses this one.

I like this app a lot. It's not only have your heath records mobile, but it also very convenient to make an appointment or send message to your doctor. Thank you for an awesome app.

I like having all my tests, medications & notes from my Dr to review after my appointment. Being able to show my spouse about my appointment helps everyone understand my condition.

This app allowed me to see information in my health record that is not correct and follow up with my doctor to correct the information so my record is accurate.

Great website to view your test results and keep track of your health. When you visit another Doctor all your health information is accessible to them!

Everything is so user friendly. All the information you need is right there at your disposal. The links are perfect,making navigation a breeze.
