The new login requirements are just like BECU, Wells, ING, and others when it comes to using your regular internet login so deal with it. Plus, its an added level of security rather than just six numbers which people could easily watch you and have a pretty good idea what that PIN was. As far as check deposits go, banks are a business and have expenses and revenues just like the mom and pops, making the apps, internet banking, and bill paying software isn't free yet it is offered as such so I'm happy to pay some $0.50 charge rather than $5.95 for internet banking like back in the old days. The app works perfect for checking balances, paying bills (even your USB credit cards), and recent charges. These aren't meant to replace going to an actual bank, its to make it easy to MANAGE your money, just like debit cards were meant to make buying things easier instead of checks. Apps are TOOLS not replacements, so get your heads out, don't be lazy, and stop crying about the old days of banking, thats what got us here to begin with.

You have no time to call, you have to call and then punch numbers in to the phone to get to your Account. One wrong move of a finger you have to start all over. This App is great, you Pull over, instantly your in your account, you see you've spent to much or you have more to spend. No delayed account over the telephone line problems. You think you have more money, you spend more, then it comes through two days later on the telephone US Banking. It has happen to me several times.
Thank You and Happy IPhone or Smart Phone Banking, it is easiest way to check your savings or checking account. Try it I know you will like it. This is an App, so know it is not a teller at the Bank. If the problem is that bad call, get an advance, but call or go see a teller, don't blame the app for your forgetfulness or mistakes. I was so happy to see they had updated the app. Then I was very sad to see how bad it looks. The new design makes it so there's less information on the screen when viewing accounts. Also more clicking to be able to "see transactions." The color schemes changed and it's less easy to see withdrawals. All around poor graphic design sad to say

Update- major changes have occurred since the last update and the app is great. Love the finger print only login and the graphic design that clearly displays a good amount of information.

I love my bank, and I love this app. I'm in college, and live a pretty busy lifestyle, so I rarely have time to actually go into the bank. Thanks to this app, I've been able to regularly check my balance, transfer money between my accounts (to immediately pay what I spend on my credit card or put money into my savings), and even catch fraudulent charges to my checking account! That's only a couple of the things I can do, too. It is so user-friendly. 10/10, I do recommend.

My husband and I find this app so useful. We are in college and travel from our home town to our college. So if we need to send money or get money into our account we can. Also we can check our bank statements. I get notifications when I need to pay my credit card back. We get to do direct deposits into our accounts if we have a check. It's just so useful for us.

I love this app. It's very convenient to be able to access all my accounts wherever I am even when traveling and make deposits so easily.

A really nice update though would be to allow a memo when making a mobile deposit. It's often tough to remember exactly what some random number was when depositing on the go. Seems like that would be simple coding.

YALL ARE BUTT HURT AS HECK AND ITS DISGUSTING. I'm tired of reading all these bad reviews messing up a companies name just cause people don't realize they have bad connection and the problem is on there side. But no ruin a companies name and blame it on them cause ur phone acts up. Type of people like u is the ones I dislike the most.

Works great and has so many features . I haven't had any problems with the this app . I love that you can log in with your fingerprint . Keep up the great work Us bank.

This app is so user friendly and easy to use - I love it!! Everyone in my family uses it- you can deposit checks even for only 50 cents! Super slick to transfer between accounts too.

I love this app!! For most things I actually prefer it to the desktop version.

For those with Touch ID issues, try power cycling your phone. Fixed it for me!

Add internal external to the money transfer option. I always have to go online to access that external transfer feature. Thanks

I was never able to be this customize with a bank app. Best bank ever. I had them all but this was hands down better.

Used to have issues with this app but not anymore it always works just fine so i cant complain.
