Why are so many digital organizer/account managers so complicated to use?

The people who made this app must have been thinking the same thing. Its very easy to use - and intuitively walks you through your accounts so effortlessly that you don’t even realize you’ve learned to use the app in less than 5 minutes. If I had hours (and the patience to spend them) to learn how to use an organizer - I would already be organized!

Another thing I love about the app is that it doesn’t force you to provide information you don’t want to - or to complete every account. It lets you set up the account - then you can drill as deep as you like - expanding the information as you see fit. Want to add your login info; notes about the account; or account documents - its up to you.

The app also has contact information for your accounts already pre-loaded including phone numbers, email, and even social media for each contact - and that is especially handy. How awesome to have that information already in the app without google!

I was also pleasantly surprised to find that you can add your own folders for stuff that isn’t necessarily associated with any specific account. This is where I keep all my miscellaneous login info for websites and the like. (which is great for those logins you only use a couple of times a year)

Five stars for making an app that does more than you expect - and thats easy to learn and use!

As a business owner I always feel the burden of my lack of organization skills and forgetful memories. With this amazing app not only can I keep files and documents such as receipts, invoices, and bills, but I can also email them and print directly from my phone! I can even include due dates for bills with reminders so I never miss a payment again! I liked that there are many providers that are participating in doxo which I can pay my own bills through. I have found this app to be very user-friendly, safe and secure. I could go on and on about all my favorite features this app has to offer, so I highly recommend this app to everyone to find out! Great app!

I like the concept, which enables paying bills, get important documents from the companies, very good qualitative organizing files system! What I see – Doxo is a great tool, which contain tons of features: email import which fetches emails from your linked accounts and suggests providers to add to your list, cloud back up with allows you to automatically mirror your files in your personal cloud storage acct on Box, Dropbox, also Google Drive, 4-digit PIN access for added security. Intuitive, accurate and fast works app. I want to note, pleasant and soothing colors Interface, enjoyable to your eyes and relax your head, it's true! Works good and easy to use!

Doxo made it easy to get all the companies I pay organized in one app so I only have to login once, instead of trying to remember passwords for all the companies I do business with. I also figured out I can add personal stuff in doxo too. I uploaded pics of all my membership cards, insurance cards, etc. and created a folder for my receipts so I don't have that stuff with me and can finally close my wallet!

The email import has to be my favorite feature. You can link your email accounts and it will automatically send whatever emails you get from the companies you've added to doxo, and sort them in your doxo files. Doxo just makes life easier!

I love this APP. It provides one central place to store account numbers and details for all of your accounts, medical, dental, life, home insurance, home utilities, bank, credit, internet, cable, cell phone, memberships, travel, investment and any other accounts in one secure encrypted site. Your email can be linked to allow easy importing of documents and bills. Take pictures of a document and file them in folders created by you. Email, call, or tweet to your accounts from within the APP. Contacts on most companies are found automatically by DOXO. Definitely worth the time to enter your data in the easy pull down menu.

With my life being so unorganized it is amazing that This app can even keep up with me! I keep everything in here and yes I do mean everything. With this app I keep things such as cable accounts, phones lines and cell, bank accounts, and even just random business cards from people saved as a scan. I can and do also pay such bills through one convenient place which is right from my app. I get reminders of events such as bills due or anything else I feel I need a reminder for which is just about everything now days! I highly recommend this app for anyone wanting 1 app that can handle life and handle it well.

I don't understand why apple doesn't include a native app like this. Our phones have become a portal for everything but these days everything requires a login and password and this app is perfect for safekeeping and remembering our access Information. The layout is also very we'll organized and you can distinguish from acct to acct very easily. Maybe now I won't have to go thru that "can't remember your password option" next time I forget my login info.

This is a great application that has helped me keep all of my Bills and Documents in order and always easily available for me to look at and keep track of when things are due!

One of the BEST features by far is that Doxo allows you to set up automatic bill payments and set up a max limit that your bill should be. If the bill is above this limit and higher than normal Doxo will not pay it and notify you immediately! This is a must have app!

I was a Mint user for a long time then switched to PageOnce which renamed to Check. Doxo is probably not in the same category with those 2 big names, but certainly can do more. You can organize your emails, files, pay bills, scan documents. PIN option is very helpful since you don't want other people to see your sensitive info.

I will certainly look forward to more improvements.

I've tried many apps to cut back on paper. For me, this is working out to be the best. It keeps my bills, documents, and regular stuff I want to track in order. There is a small learning curve, but once you start filing, it's real easy. Developers are responsive to questions and requests.

This app is a helpful way to keep track easily of documents, bills, receipts and other oddments as you need. It's free and has a cloud backup feature too, so I don't believe you can go wrong here.

I’ve used this app for over a year now to organize all my different biller accounts. each update gets better and simpler to use. highly recommend.

The bills I'm able to pay with Doxo are the easiest ones I have. Easy set up and then it's like cruise control for my bills.

Helpful to have both personal information and other documents available while away from home.

Once set up, easy bill payment with notifications to remind you that a bill is due.

This is a must have for those serious about organizing their lives.
