Worked fine before even thou it said 2011 but glad its updated. Now just fix the glitch for education credit on form 8863 and all will be right in the world! This is the first time I have ever waited this long to receive my refund. In my 27 years of filing I have always received my refund in January! I need to get heating oil asap before my house burns down from all these space heaters! Please hurry this is just crazy having to wait like this!

This app does exactly what it is intended to do! Super quick way to keep track of the status of your refund! I think all the negative reviews for this app are come from operator errors, not errors with the app. If you don't put in the exact dollar amount down to the cent and the same filing status that you put on your return, then you are going to get an error message from the app; which would mean user error! Awesome app

I've been one of the delayed filers - filed Jan 18 and had to wait until Jan 31 to have them start. Then delayed until Feb 15. The IRS website gave me NOTHING but "still processing" so I downloaded the app to see if it have any more info and it DOES!!! It has my refund date set for my direct deposit. After all this waiting I've never been happier. I can finally pay my bills... We will see if the money's there when they say...

I am one of the delayed filers, with education credits, teacher expense credits and sales tax credit. Because of this, I figured my return would take forever to process. But my return was accepted on February 14th, and just today I received a refund direct deposit date of February 27th. I don't think I've ever had to wait this short of a time for a tax refund, and I am very pleased with both TurboTax and IRS2Go.

This app is delightful. Who knew paying taxes could be so fun.

I hate working an extra 35% of my life to fund wars and support drone assassinations of innocent people.

However with this app, you can fall in love all over again with the IRS. You will nearly forget the crimes against humanity your tax dollars pay for.

The updates works good, but u have to realize that if u check it to many times in 1 day you will get the please re-enter page and have to wait till the next day to check it again. So the best thing to do is call the refund hotline, the irs updates their system everyday even on weekends usually overnight. Don't forget it can take up to 21 days to process your refund so being patient is the key.

This app is way better than having to log into the internet to check the status in my opinion. I think the whole website went down a week ago and I had a few problems but other than that the info is there updated daily as it says. I appreciate the efforts taken by the IRS to satisfy us with developing this app and a way to track our refunds amongst other things!

I love this app! I like that I can track my refund. I am a full time student so I also like the convenience of being able to order tax information for financial straight from the app. I've tried using the IRS website and I sometimes feel I get lost or am not sure exactly how to put my info in. This app makes it easy to do and order the info that I need! Love it!

Today was the first and only time it had an error message but when I went online to their website and turbotax they all said to try again later. Everything else is great. It hasn't crashed and it is a very good and accurate way to keep up to date on the status of your taxes! I'll definitely use this next year and recommend it to everyone I know :)

The new update is a much needed aesthetic to match the current design of iOS. The overall app hasn't changed. The one thing that has changed is that you can now use the next arrow keys on the iOS keyboard to enter your filing status, instead of the way it used to be. Some may not like it, but remember this is the IRS.

The “where's my refund" portion of the app is now working again today. It was’t this weekend after the update, but neither was the website (servers might of been down?). Some users might be getting errors / not able to see their refund status for their 2013 return, because it now states “2014 tax return”.

Does exactly what it says, if you're having issues with it, it's user error 100%. You have to wait AT LEAST 24 hours, not up to, at least 24 hours until your return will be received and the app can give you your status. Instructions NOT unclear.

Love this app. Ive used it for the past 2 years to track my refund status. Works just as it should. Keep in in mind that it takes 24 hrs to update your information so you won't be able to view Info the same day your refund was accepted. :)

App works just fine for me. For those getting an error message or the app says 'No Information'... make sure you're putting in ONLY the federal refund amount in the box (don't put the grand total for federal and state combined).

I've had no issues with this app not working. I used it last year (different look) and am using it this year. No issues at all! Easier than using the wmr website from a mobile device.

It didn't work for a few days, but now it's up and running for me. The first update was horrible it kept saying my info couldn't be found. But they finally fixed whatever was wrong.

This app works wonderful and so very quick. Much better than logging onto the IRS website or calling them for status updates on your refund. Hope it works this great next year !

I've been using this app to track my filling status and refund status. It's been working flawlessly for me, it has displayed accurate information throughout the entire process.

The app works great. Disregard anything posted before January because the IRS doesn't start reviewing or at least update until January. It could be a little smoother though.

Love the app! You can quickly see the status of your refund. It also gives options for paying your taxes or getting tax assistance.
