I love their pizzas, the app & the points I get for the purchases I make using the app (especially now that I can order a specialty pizza for FREE with certain # of points). I also like that I can place an order several hours or even days before I want it & it's always ready. Never really had to many any problems using the app & the few "hiccups" I've had were quickly taken care of. I do wish that they would have their 9.99EWM every day! If we want pizza & its not a day where I can get that price or an equal price, we'll usually use a coupon & order from a pizza place that I normally wouldn't order from because I consider the cost of their pizzas to be high. Of course none of that has anything to do with the app. Definitely easy to use! We've also tested calling in a pizza & ordering 1 with the app at the same time. And for some reason when we call it in, it can take up to 45mins to be ready (for pick up or delivery). But by using the app to place the same order at the same time, it's ALWAYS ready in just a very few minutes!! Not sure why that is but I'm all for it..!!

Yes. Hello there fellow pizza lover, I must say if you're looking for quality pizza, Papa johns is definitely your best option. Being the pizza enthusiast that I am, I've had a lot of pizza in my days and this is beyond anything I've ever experienced. I order Papa Johns at least 6-7 times per week, and let me just say this app makes it extremely convenient. I can order on the app instead of over the phone were I can feel the judgement from the workers about my addiction (no they are actually really nice, they know me by name). I especially savor the astonishing taste-sensation that is their cheesesticks. I often find myself eating a whole box in one sitting. I hate myself later but the feeling my heart gets from taking a bite out of one of those is absolutely beyond compare (no it's not a heart attack or diabetes). I must say they are a legitimate masterpiece. I could go on forever about my undying love for Papa Johns and how it's so much better than its competitors, however I have to go, my pizza just got here.

Sign up for Papa Points, it really pays off. It is free to sign up and never charges you anything. It is simply a reward system. They reward you with a free large pizza every time you accumulate 25 points! Who doesn't like a reward for ordering pizza, which I was going to do any way?! This app keeps track of your Papa Points (earned with each order) and let's you know when you've earned a free large pizza! This app can save multiple address, multiple credit cards, and also saves multiple favorite orders, which makes ordering even easier. And it is secure! I've ordered pizza for my family while sitting at a stop light using this app! It is that quick. Love the visual affects as well. Go online and make yourself a Papa Johns account then download this app. You will not be sorry. Every app should be as simple to use as this one!

I order using the app at least 2-3 times a week. It's super easy to use, and it makes ordering quick, not as frustrating as being put on hold for 10 min when you call the store, and it's always got great deals! I am able to build rewards, and earn free pizza. What is better than that!
I use it when traveling also, and I've had it delivered to my hotel room. It's super easy to search around where your at for the closest store, and 30-45 min later you have food at your hotel room door. Which is great for after swimming late night meals!
Also one other wonderful feature is if you go into your points, and then go into details. You can see what other great deals your points can earn you. No need to wait until 25 points when you want to use your 10 points now. You can use 10 points for free breadsticks.
I stopped using coupons and calling the store a long time ago. You cannot beat this app. I've tried Domino's app, and only used it once. Deleted it, and we just don't order from them any more.

Papa Johns has the best pizza ordering app I've ever used. The ability to add the promo codes that you find or come across on the Internet to apply the discount is absolutely amazing. Building a pizza, ordering wings, desserts, and even soda has become an easier task than ever before. The app itself is continuously being upgraded an updated you'll find yourself updating this phone more often than any of the other pizza companies. The reason for that is Papa John's sets the bar high when using a mobile ordering option for their customers. I am always been a fan of Papa John's and this app revitalizes that love and affection that I have for the delicious ingredients on their substantially higher quality pizzas. By creating an account to give you the ability to generate points to earn free food from Papa John's, which is an amazing addition to the already overwhelming impressiveness backed behind this application. Definitely five stars on this one folks!

I like the updates they have done with the app. I constantly use it (to be honest probably more than I should) and I like how easy it is ordering, how you can see past orders and order again the usual one click and done. You can easily see the reward points to see when you can order a free one topping pizza (for those cases where there is not that much $$ and you want something cheap but too lazy to cook). Make sure that if you are not going to tip cash to the driver you include the tip when you are ordering; I accidentally didn't notice thinking I would be able to add at delivery time when receipt was signed and I didn't have any cash :/ .... Overall is definitely worth it versus calling to order and not to mention the convenience of doing it from your phone and place future order for when you get home!

I really appreciate the new update of the app. The graphic designs and animations are nice, selections are clear and easy to find. The coupon and special deals are listed and they will guide you to select the options. They also successfully repaired the crushing and connection problem they had. The ordering process is pretty smooth and easy. The only thing I would suggest is in the check out section, if they could make the "next" button in the middle of screen instead of only at the top right corner, so it will be easier to find just like the ordering section. I feel glad that I came back to this app since my "gave up" on their app a while, now I really enjoy the functions and design of the app. I would recommend this app for people. And thanks to Papa Johns for actually listening to our reviews.

Been using this app since it was first released, still use it to this day as of 5 min ago! Lol It's never given me problems, it's always working. Smooth easy process without having to deal with people on the phone which is good for me because I have 2 kids under 9 and ever since they were babies I never had to worry about calling keeping quiet or anything. They deliver super fast, I LOVE being able to keep track of & take advantage of my points! Mom doesn't feel like cooking tonight & kinda strapped for cash? No problem! Free pizza from our FAVORITE pizza place thanks to this app & my points! I've never eaten at another pizza chain since. And I never will. (Granted I do live in Missouri, so NYC pizza doesn't count lol) But seriously this app is SO great & shocking that it's free.

I always order from the website and this time the website wasn't working so I downloaded the app. It was a lot easier to order from the app then the website. We order from papa johns almost every week and it's pretty much the only pizza place we order from-the only pizza my 10year old son will eat and he loves the chicken poppers with pizza dipping sauce. It normally takes me forever to order from the website and everyone starts getting antsy and wanting me to hurry up well this time they didn't have to say anything because by the time they started to say something I had placed the order. This app will save me time getting our food ordered and I love the layout of it too a lot easier to order from it that's for sure. Thanks papa johns for making my pizza ordering easier

Papa John's has a great app for any person wanting to order pizza, but especially for a busy family. My address, past orders, and payment options are all saved under my account making it quick and easy to place my order in between busy after school, evening activities. I appreciate having the ability to apply promo codes easily during the online ordering process so we can get great deals when splurging on eating "out". I also love the "future delivery" option which allows me to place my order earlier in the day and specify delivery time. (A great option for those evenings when it's difficult to get a few minutes in between activities to call and place an order).

We can't order pizza every night that is busy, but when we do we usually order using the Papa John's app.

I absolutely love this app! My boyfriend is obsessed with Papa Johns pizza and he has me order it at least once a week. I used to use their online website to order but I had to jump through many loops to get the order through, with pop up ads and website crashing.
With this app it's straight forward, simple steps and I love how it saves my last orders to make it fast(convenient).
It literally takes me less than one minute to place my order and I have not had one single problem with my orders reaching the store and no problems with receiving the correct order at my door step every time!!!!
I want to thank the creators of this app for making my weekly ritual of ordering convenient, simple and accurate!!

So there's a lot of people complaining about the app which almost prevented me from bothering to download, but I'm hungry and I really wanted Papa Johns!

Honestly, I've had no issues at all with the interface / design of the app. No glitches, lagging, crashes, or difficulty of any kind. I'm using an iPhone 6S with iOS 8.1. Not sure if that matters. If it does, then yes, shame of PJP for not testing / QA'ing their app rigorously across all devices and OS versions.

Again, as a user on the above device and OS I've had no problems. Entered in my address and credit card info just fine. Also went back to try and update this information with no issues / difficulties.

The Apple Watch is coming out soon, so I think Papa John's needs to have an app for the watch! You can use your iPhone to set up your location, payment type, favorite items, and method of delivery. For each pairing, you can set a shortcut (wave, whistle, password, etc.). Example: you can whistle into the watch and within 20 minutes, your pepperoni pizza and 2-liter Pepsi will be delivered to your doorstep and billed to your credit card! (Because you made that shortcut on your PJ's account!) I think if Papa John's added that capability to their apps, sales of pizzas and Apple Watches will skyrocket! Hope this idea comes to life soon (all credit can go to me)!

I wish using PayPal was an option for payment so I don't have to keep payment info in more than one place while still keeping convenience. Otherwise this app is great!.

I get local deals, text message deals, use of coupons, national deals.... All of it! My pizza always comes faster than estimated, hotter than all other deliveries, and mistakes just don't happen. They also don't make greasy pizza like Dominos does and tries to make up for it by covering the bottom of the box with corn meal. Dominos' grease spots with corn meal remind me of schools using that powder to soak up 'gestational missteps'. There is no competition.... Papa John's is the best!

Don't be a baby, the peppers aren't going to kill you. Don't throw away slices of your pizza just because you don't like the "pepper oil". Some of us have to just deal with it, because we can't afford to just throw away slices of pizza. Get off of your high horse and understand that in the real world, you can't always get what you want. If you don't want peppers on your pizza, then just CALL THEM! I hate it when people think that their above everyone else just because they have the power to write an overly negative review that has little to do with the app, but has everything to do with the user. It's a good app, don't pay attention to the babies.

To simply call me a loyal customer would be a gross understatement. You see, I am a very busy working mother of three who - despite pangs of "I'm-a-horrible-mother" guilt - serves pizza frequently. Seriously... my average probably works out to be 2-3 times per week. Yes, I know. It's very sad. But pizza does offer a balanced meal with all food groups represented.

Anyway...the convenience of Papa John's app, the Rewards, & the fact they actually have DIET Mtn Dew on the menu makes it my usual go-to for pizza orders. I brag often and loudly to other moms & teachers that I can fix dinner from work using the future delivery time feature.

I like using this app. It makes ordering pizza a lot less hectic than going online, especially when my son is in the middle of a game. At first I had a hard time understanding how to use the app, but the more I used it, the better I got. Sometimes I get confused at checkout because I don't see my special, but once you continue it will pop up. Also how you want to pay. I had problems in the past, but that was because I had an iphone4s that only had 8gb! Once I got a new phone I had no more problems, especially once I got the new updates which I couldn't get before. And being a regular customer at my local Pap John's helped a lot.

Nothing can describe the feeling of having a terrible day then getting an email from Papa Johns saying "Rough Monday? How about a pizza!" Hilarious and amazing and they give you frequent deals when you sign up on the app. It's great. Has saved me tons of money and it's fairly quick and easy to use. Most of the reviews of complaints about order screw ups can be attributed to teenagers who didn't do it right- not the app.
Was your pizza late on delivery? They will send you a FREE pizza next time. I am a loyal papa johns customer. I love these guys, not all heroes wear capes- some wear the official uniform of papa johns.

Just downloaded the app and used it for the first time. It was very simple to navigate through the ordering process. I was able to save all my information for future orders. They offered all the deals at my local store for me in the beginning of the ordering process. Also, during my order I changed one of the pizzas and it was very simple to do. I didn't have to start over or cancel, just update it. You have so many options on the way you want your pizza, from extras to deletions, swapping items out for others items to items on either half of the pizza. In my opinion they thought of everything! Way to go!
