The new application is very nice, but it still doesn’t have the two most important features I’ve been asking for recently in these reviews. Please consider these for the next update:

First request: Please allow two account login profiles to log in to the app via Touch ID. Currently only one person may log in under their login profile, but when a second person later tries to log in under their separate login profile, it isn’t initialized for Touch ID, so they must re-type their password and re-setup Touch ID. Then with the first person returns, same problem, they have to reinitialize Touch ID again, which defeats the purpose of the quickness of Touch ID and delays placing trades at critical moments. Need to be able to toggle back and forth between two Touch IDs without having to keep re-entering passwords every time please.

Second request: Please display the “limited margin” balances for IRAs in the app.l as is done on the full webpage. This is a critical piece of information that is missing for mobile users. Currently the app only displays cash balances, not the full detailed balances that include the “limited margin” balances such as limited margin credit, intraday, and overnight. This would be more in the keeping of the spirit of the new app to have the balances displayed the same way they are on the full webpage.

I almost gave a 4 instead of a 5 because we cannot do everything from this app, we need to log on to the web to continue. But I love this app, I can research, trade, contact and most of what I need to do on a daily basis. I never have any problems, no freezes or any other clitches of any type, works flawlessly. Great app, great company, great people. Been buying, selling, cashing out, communicating on phone (mainly), and person to person at the local office since 1998 and they have all been good times. Even with the bad times in the market, they were better than others, that's why I switched all my accounts here, and had my wife start 2 different accounts here. We tell all our friends about Fidelity, and even when you need to withdraw, not one negative reaction, just sound advice and great service! Thank you Fidelity!

Fidelity has really created an amazing mobile experience. They are constantly improving and adding features for mobile, including paying close attention to user feedback. I can do trades, research, pay bills, check balances and credit card transactions. I've never had a bad customer service experience, and now they've dropped their commission to just under $5/trade (equity). Besides the competitive commissions, they also have highly competitive index fund & ETF expense ratios. They've got everything I need, and I recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a brokerage, or even just cash management/checking.

They keep improving their mobile apps. iPhone app is much better than iPad app. It's still showing it's age.
One minor improvement on sign in on iPhone 6& newer. Once you click on icon to open it and it goes to Log In screen, it would be nice if all that was needed was to scan your finger print. You must first tap the Log In before you do a finger print scan. Minor point, but an unnecessary extra step.

We've been long time customer is of Fidelity. They have always provided excellent customer service. The Fidelity app is a great addition to my iPhone. I can monitor trades, execute trades, deposit checks and more. If you are a Fidelity customer you oh it to yourself to try out the iPhone and iPad app.

Love the ease of use, and information provided quickly! Whether it's your account information, market information, financial news, or transaction updates you'll find this financial application one of the best. Fidelty has invested a high degree of security, and technology in this mobile application!

Excellent app very easy to use. For me it doesn't substitute for Fidelity's web based services available on my computer. But it does make it easy to check day to day results, including activity in my cash management account and balances in my credit card. Particularly helpful when traveling.

This app used to work. Now it will not show me six out of seven accounts for transactions. Also uploading checks hasbecome difficult with only about a 30% success rate. Update: Fidelity customer service called and walked me trough a solution. Now it works perfectly.

The support on this app is amazing. I greatly appreciate if anything ever does go wrong the voice support helps right away and making it right. This application runs flawlessly and is exceptional and accuracy.

The app does everything it needs to and seamlessly works with Safari when it needs to link out for research. I have no complaints, and probably use the app more than the website for convenience.

It's user friendly for "non-financial" ppl like me. Easy to keep track of your investments. Easy to research, watch and analyze potential investments. And most important for me easy trading.

Being able to tap 'Accounts' and see what's happening real time is so it is kind of an alert to see if you need to take a look at individual accounts. The rating system is good also.

Fidelity has clearly invested in this app. You can see all accounts with all relevant data. The check deposit is fantastic with auto picture. I check the live feed every night.

I really like the app for it has been very easy to use and understand. Navigation thru the app is smooth and pretty much effortless! Keep improving it!

Fidelity app keeps me apprised on portfolio and stocks I am interested in. Have used for trades and it's crazy simple. Great service and great app

Very easy to use and very quick loading times. Great fingerprint log in and easy to do any transactions. I never login from my computer anymore!

Constantly updated with new features. Many complex views added incrementally to the user interface. Works consistently.
