Annoyed...

I just want to let you guys know, some of what I am saying is not to be critical, rather that in the hopes of helping. Between my fiancé and I we have spent tons of money with your company, and love it!! We would not have shared it with friends and family. Which has helped grow your company. Your shipping process is horrible. You offer over night shipping, or next day! 9 out of 10 times thats an absolute waste. We have called, and your customer service say's well you need to look at the posted dates. Well we have and do. We understand that you play the middle man position, if you don't have a product, do not allow for there to even be an expedited shipping option. When using haute look, myhabbit, other competitors of yours. They either do not allow you the option, and or never have taken over a month to receive merchandise. If they have, they compensate us, or credit us. We/ I love gilt!!! You are great, but your customer service is seriously struggling. I would doubt that this will make it to anyone/ change anything. I would hope it does, and would love to see what you are/ will be willing to do about this. Otherwise gilt is great!

To update, Gilt is a very helpful company and even though the shipping is shifty, the company is extremely helpful and quick to help answer any questions!! I had to up my rating on the company/ app!
