Track your day counts in various locations for tax (including statutory resident and domicile monitoring and tax filing obligations), homestead, nexus, exemption and other compliance purposes. Track day counts by Country, State, City and/or Province.

Track day counts for employer-employee income tax withholding and non-resident income tax purposes. States impose non-resident income tax and employer income tax withholding based on days worked in-state (ranging from "first day" in state to 30-60 days in a calendar year) notwithstanding that you are not a resident or domiciliary.

Location generally recorded throughout the day using the highest level of accuracy supported by your phone. Location is determined using a combination of GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi hotspots and cell tower locations and then recorded. Please note that the continuous tracking may have a minor impact on battery life and data usage since location is continuously recorded and saved in the cloud. We have taken steps to design the applicable location algorithms to minimize battery use.

Search location day counts by dates. Email detailed logs containing all recorded locations showing your location throughout each day in the selected range or all days. Use for audit and other purposes.

Manually enter missing dates for time periods before you activated the app for more complete analysis.

Separate tools to check (a) U.S. residency day count using special 3 year averaging rule and (b) U.K. statutory residency using the U.K. April 6 through April 5 tax year. U.K. residency check excludes days where not in U.K. at midnight, with ability to adjust for other exclusions and inclusions.

Tools also provided to check day count locations counting only overnight stays.

Jurisdictions have become increasingly aggressive in asserting residency status. The burden of proof is generally on you to establish how many days you spent inside and outside the jurisdiction. Use this app to help carry your burden of proof and evidence what your day count is. With states and cities increasing their tax rates to all time highs (California: 13.3%, New York State: 8.82% (plus higher temporary tax brackets (9.65%-10.9%) in New York under 2022 budget if income exceeds $1,000,000), etc...), the stakes have never been higher.

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to the App, where applicable.
