I have had this since the beginning. It has improved drastically and continues to. We now have most of our local channels in the lineup. Live TV always works perfectly. Video on demand sometimes freezes. They are always glad to refund part or all of my bill when this happens and they apologize. This is something cable TV never did. This is improving, frequently video on demand works perfectly. Unlike cable TV watching video on demand never costs extra. No more $4.99 to watch a movie!
