Haven't been pl...
Haven't been playing for months and surprised to see lots of changes, mostly pleasant.. However I noticed something wierd about my Elric, he seems to frequently get harassed with either 25% slow down or offensive down from absolutely nowhere. I mean it's start of a new battle and no one has attacked, but is he suffering from the debuff.. And everytime when I select a new skill for him to use the debuff repeats itself (not when he does his skill, just from repeatedly reselecting skill, even when paused)
