This app is very helpful. Quickest way to pay my bill and make sure I'm not going over on my data. Wish I came to AT&T many years ago but better late than never. About two months ago I went over a little bit with my data, where it was the first time I ever did it since I had them they gave me a $10 discount to show their appreciation for me as a customer. I've never had any mobile company ever do that for me. Will always recommend them for life. Thank you AT&T!

I love this app. I share my data with a friend and he uses data like crazy and I have the ability to turn it off and have him suffer. My password doesn't disappear after I log out. So it is very convenient. I can pay my bill, talk to an At&t rep or add new features all at once. What's not to like about that? I never once went on the website for anytime. From the time I got my iPhone and downloaded this app, it just keeps getting better and better. Thanks AT&T

I like the AT&T app A LOT. I use the app every month to pay my bill. It's extremely quick, convenient and totally hassle free. The AT&T app also has options to access most any info that pertains to your account or any equipment and or plans/packages that they sell. They continue to upgrade the app as new options become available. The app is super easy to navigate and use. I've found nothing missing from the app nor any downside to using it. Bravo AT&T!!!

The reviews are quite indifferent but I thank the sales associate who recommended the app and installed the app (even if AT&T enforced their team to install the app for the numbers). The app is easy to use, paying your bill, checking data usage and it even makes changing your plan/account simple. Excellent interface, and overall an excellent staple for wireless companies. Apps like these help make our cellular needs a little more simpler.

I called in today with a need to lower my data plan which I had previously tried to do without success. I was contemplating going to Verizon. I spoke with Rodney Warren who listened with concern, compassion and professionalism to my needs. Rodney worked out a great plan for me and even helped me get myattapp up and running. Congratulations AT&T - you have an excellent employee in Rodney Warren. And . . . my sincerest thanks to you Rodney.

It's good, it does exactly what I want it to do, but I think the app needs a fresh redesign and new app logo. It looks outdated, and a little slow too. It should be less web-based and more native, I think that'll make it more user-friendly and faster. Touch-ID would also be a great convenient feature and a data widget. I have Verizon wireless too, and their app is a little better. I know AT&T can do a lot better than that.

Never had any serious issues with this app. I pay my bill with it, advertise AT&T to my friends with it, check on my data and minute usage, and check if there's a new worthy offer out there to upgrade the plan. I am very happy with this app the way it is. Though if I was on the team of idea pushers for at$t I would definitely share some awesome potential upgrades that would bring more smiles to the users.

The new update makes this app so much better. Definitely belongs in iOS 9 and upcoming 10 now. Doesn't look outdated and looks very fresh with the dark background and electric blue ATT logo. Much better. This app also shows you your usage on the home, so you don't have to dig for it. If you have ATT you need this app. {the Touch ID integration is also fantastic for quickly logging in securely}

I use this App often keeping track of my U-Verse account and my wireless account. The App is fast loading and I find it very easy to maneuver around inside the App. The App is secured to handle credit card payments. I use the App to make monthly account payments. The App can also be used to troubleshoot your U-Verse products. The App also gets improved often. I am completely satisfied.

This is the first time in God-knows-how-long..!!, which Ms. Sharon has been my 'top-notch LISTENER...!', in the longest time. And that is a Golden key which in this day in age is hard to be pound and much less noticed!!

This app is awesome! I use it to pay my bill every month and it seriously only takes seconds. I really like the fact that I can keep track of data usage on all the lines on my acct. The ability to turn off my kids data straight from the app gives me a lot of leverage when I need to get their attention. I personally have not had any problems with logging in or crashing.

This app works fine but you don't even have to use it. If you have AT&T and an iPhone, you go to your phone app, go to keypad, and type in *288# and call it, then a screen will pop up saying your request has been submitted and press dismiss. You'll get a text and you tap that link, it will take you to the website saying all your data and everything!

Being an AT&T customer for over a decade, this is a step up. People are complaining about data charts and this and that...I don't have any issues. I've bought my wife a phone, added her to my plan, changed features and scheduled payments. Everything I used to call 611 for, I can do on the app. Personally, this is a great app for us. I haven't had any issues.

AT&T, after a very long time, has finally improved this app. The performance is now quite fast and navigation of the app is less convoluted. No more massive load times or timeout issues! I'm really happy with the most recent update. If you are someone who likes keeping track of usages and paying bills online, this is the app for you! Very handy!

No company has an app for account management comparable to the myAT&T app. It is incredibly convenient, allowing me to manage nearly every aspect of my nine-line wireless account and high speed internet account. In a day where I work 10 hours and then have family activities before and after, that convenience is what keeps me an AT&T customer.

You can get an iPad version people. In top left corner of App Store where it says iPad only click it and select iPhone only and BAM you can download it. Also if you use the app it walks you through step by step on how to fix anything with U-Verse except account issues which is out of your control. If you read it will make your life easy.

This app is great. I can pay my bill make payment arrangement. Turn data off and lost more. I don't think you guys have explored this app enough and as for service issues that had nothing to do with the app it works on wifi also. Second every provider has service issues I have had 3 providers and have issues in different places.

The app works perfect on the iPhone 6S+! No complaints. An easy way to view and pay your bill. Not every single web-based feature is going to be included nor should it. Easy to use. If anyone has a problem using or navigating the app I suggest a prompt visit to an Apple workshop to brush up on how to use an iDevice.

Update** support for iPhone 6 plus is awesome, it's much faster and smoother, would be nice to see apple pay added and iPad support.

I pretty much use this app multiple times a week. Great for managing data usage, features , and paying bill. It's so easy to use it and beats using the computer or calling care.

I've had a very good experience with AT&T since we started our service. All the store technicians and over the phone technicians have been wonderful. It took a little while to get my bill set at one price but now it is and I believe it's gonna be smooth sailing from here on out!! Thanks bunches AT&T!!
