...to boost their otherwise tanking comments/rating, especially considering the venomous tone some (read: MOST) ppl seem to be using when rating the app, but I've honestly had a 5-star experience. I can't figure out why everyone else is flipping a gasket over this free app not working, UNLESS the phenomenon follows my "95% of humanity are idiots" theory, which I suspect is more accurate. I see my bill, I can pay my bill, it gives a chance to communicate with customer service (and even if it didn't, you all DO realize you're holding a PHONE in your hands, correct?), I can see data usage, it saves my login info, it's intuitive to use... aside from the app moving my fingers for me to the appropriate places, I can't think of an improvement I'd even suggest, let alone leave a bad review over. I suspect many of these low star ratings are more representative of the user's lack of emotional maturity and reading comprehension rather than an accurate depiction of the usefulness of the app. If you can read and follow directions, you'll have no trouble with this app.
