This app Is far from been Awesome 1. Why in 2014 this app doesn't have PDF FILE than can be Download into our phones
2. My Bill online Good for the environment but when I need Proof Of Address or my Bill is wrong Why I don't have the Option to print it from my phone If I have a AIR PRINTER ( wifi printer)
ePrinter Etc...
3. Why I can't see My iPhone on this App meaning The type of Model of My phone
4. Costumer service Chat (maybe I'm asking for to much from ATT ) maybe if I ask Verizon they will do it :/
5. Paying bills online thank you but been able to upgrade and downgrade should be available at this app especially when people travel with their Phones all the Time
6. The Options on this app are all Over the place since iPhone5 all the options are more confusing and pointless updates that don't help at all and makes me get out of my contract to find a better service than this I don't even have a full bar never ever :/:/:/ and when I'm using this app takes so long to get stuff done...
7. Why I can be in control of my contract I waited 2 years to Finally change to other carrier and guess what I'm still waiting for ATT to change their behavior they seem like they don't care about our business Here, get me a full signal get me a reliable internet just asking for what I'm paying for.... Etc etc
