You get 10 free quick & easy workouts with complete step-by-step video instructions. If you would like to unlock more, you can pay $0.99 per category (10 workouts) or unlock all for $4.99 (~120 workouts). This costs is equivalent to less than 5 minutes with a personal trainer.
