agak kecewa. di saat butuh gopay PAKE BANGET, malah ga bisa di pakai. TOP UP, WITHDRAW SALDO, beli cash di kkp sama order gofood ga bisa. pas awal komplain, csnya agak cepet nanggapin tapi tetep ga ada perubahan.

edit : besoknya cs langsung telepon buat konfirmasi perihal gopay. jadi saya edit rating yang saya kasih kemaren.

Amazing app in getting foods and other stuffs in jakarta. The only downside is that the app is slow in responding and i found it to be messy when i try to look for restaurants. However, the service itself is amazing and stood on another different level in jakarta!

アプリは使いやすく、サービスに関しても満足してます。Go-Car Go-Clean Go-food Go-medicine...色んなサービス利用してますが、本当に便利です！Go-payの支払いも小銭用意しなくていいので助かる。

Navigasi di dalam aplikasinya sulit. Dengan begitu banyak fitur yang ada, atau bahkan misalnya pindah dari satu merchant ke yang lain sulit. Butuh tombol Home buat permudah.
Pesanan seperti GoFood harap ada waktu jeda agar bisa cancel setelah pesan.

Gampang top up dr BCA virtual account.
Tempat pakainya bisa dimana2 termasuk beli makanan dipasar ,pesan makanan, nonton bioskop dll

Ngga usah pegang duit cash yg kotor atau pusing pegang duit kembalian

As a foreigner living in Indonesia, this app helps me literally a lot! What I like the most is that you can get discounted price by using GO-PAY easily. I can’t wait how much points I’ll be able to save till I go back my country haha

Gojek helped me a lot with transportation. I had to cancel my order due to the error in the application which cause my order won’t show up on the driver’s and vice versa. I hope you will update the application

Go car go!! Very useful as long as you are understood Indonesian languages anyway is very convenient. Use go pay is the most easiest way or cash is also doesn’t matter. Keep going n be the best transportation.

i don’t know if it’s just me, or that everytime i tried to top up gopay from the app, it always forces me to verify an otp. it’s a very big inconvenience. but aside from that, this app is superb.

We can order the food, call taxi, buy ticket, etc with this app. On the top of that, if you have “Go pay”, no need to use cash as well.

pilihan vouchernya tolong dibuatkan kategori agar lebih mudah cari. jadi ngga perlu scroll ngga jelas sampe bawah. juga fitur search dan short by gitu :)

I really enjoy using Gopay! Please make it possible to add amount of Gopay by Paypal or any other methods . I don’t have any Indonesian Bank Account.
