This app provides a sample set of code requirements for residential buildings as per the Code (IRC 2012).

This app also comes with two interactive design tools for sizing of cooling capacity and bonding conductors.

Sample set of requirements for each of the four main disciplines covered by IRC are provided with this app:

1- Building
2- Mechanical
3- Plumbing
4- Electrical

Sample set of code requirements are organized in a way to give an overview of the structure of the code.

The sample code requirements presented here allow easy and accurate interpretation by anyone.
