I am only a beginner when it comes to using Coinbase..So I can't say that I myself personally know enough about Coinbase or the services they offer to provide an accurate Review on the Pro's and Con's of the Business..I guess My reasoning for giving it 5 Stars without really getting much of a sample size is the fact that I began using the Service due to the amount of people raving about the wide array of things You can do on The Coinbase Service!! I will defiantly come back when I have more of a personal feel of the App...Thanks and Enjoy!!!

本人確認システムおかしい。
2回やったけど、確認が取れないからって再認証要求される。
読取システムは問題ない気がするけど、審査工程の人間なのかシステムなのか知らないけどおかしい。
本人確認色んなところでやってるけど、引っかかった事ないのに、2回も意味不明で拒否されると審査会社の処理能力を疑う。
三菱UFJ口座使えるからプラスアルファで考えてたけど、しばらくは諦める。

What an incredibly well developed app. The integration it has with security apps is nothing short of fantastic. It has a full in/share option button right on the login page so you can automatically have your installed password manager app fill it in. Then when it asks for your 2FA authentication, it automatically detects Authy and you get a notification from that app to utilize it.

Again, so well done. All financial and banking apps should be this polished and use this level of security integration. Just fantastic.

Bitcoin is as close to the "future" of a truly fair-market currency that we have these days, free from central bank manipulation (at least as far as I know.. Those bankers could have bought the Silk Road auction coin and now be flooding the market with it to keep price down.. maybe). Coinbase is a safe and seems to be quite secure way of buying coin. The app is fast and easy to use, a true vanguard for the great effort to get the world to use Bitcoin! Go Bitcoin! Bank the unbanked! Ok, down off the soapbox I go..

I am new to bitcoins so this is pretty much my first BTC wallet that I've actually used. I had no problem getting my bitcoins transferred (within a minute of them getting sent) & the same goes with sending them out. I have yet to try purchasing bitcoins from the actual app but I plan on trying it soon so I will update this review when I do. Overall I think this is a great app & it is super easy/user friendly for people who are new to Bitcoin, like myself.

I have been using coinbase Since they started. This app is most excellent as it enables me purchase and manage my BTC on the run. Has a little less functionality than the site but what app doesn't. The app doesn't, at least for me, crash. The refresh is almost instant and allows me to see my wallet. I really love that they have also included the BTC charts for the exchange. It makes monitoring bitcoins just a bit easier.

Very clean and easy to use...
I've been spreading around my assets into precious metals coins, bars, and very solvent mining companies since 1981, postage stamps since 1978, PayPal, high quality shooting arms, and now finally bitcoins through Coinbase. Getting ready for the great USD, yuan, Yen, etc foreign currency reset. Coinbase works great for this purpose and is very easy to use and it is very safe.

This is a great app and service—I’ve really liked it so far. I was very happy to see the charts in the newest update, they’re very well done and I’m happy to have them. I wasn’t a fan of having to authenticate every time I opened the app to look at it, but then I realized that you can configure the passcode so it is required to buy & sell, but not to open the app. I couldn’t be happier!

This App is not an official Coinbase App since it was created by a member of the Bitcoin community (@Vilcsak) but Coinbase has looked into the App and believes it is secure. The developer also a well known individual. The App uses the Coinbase open source API, as do many other types of Bitcoin iPhone apps and wallets, and it will work on any of the devices listed above running iOS 6.1 or newer.

As a new user and a perfectionist I thoroughly check out stuff through and through before I put my trust in it (especially when it comes to money). Both of my own banking apps isn't as on point as this wallet app. It was a tossup between Coinbase and Blockchain, I obviously chose right! My bitcoins have been in this vault for a while...plus I like the finger print access that's built in. : )

I actually was extremely worried about Coinbase after reading some reviews on the internet that claimed that it was a scam. However, Coinbase delivered and I happily received my Bitcoin. Another thing that was unclear was whether or not it was instantaneous transfer. That is exactly the case, and it even allows you to see when the payment is confirmed. All around great experience.

I love this app I'm not writing this because I was told to I'm writing this because of how easily you can set up an account, if I were you I would go with the Credit Card and Drivers License option, that's the easiest. I would recommend this app for small transactions just like PayPal but much easier and a lot more simple: Get this app, but some bit coins and have fun!

It’s about time we got a fully functional bitcoin app on the Appstore! I can now view my Bitcoin balance on the go, send some to friends, family, or whoever that wants Bitcoin as well as buy and sell when I need more or feel the market is HOT! This is the easiest app on the iPhone and is designed the most beautifully! Even better I can add a bank account now. :)

I am fairly new to Bitcoin, but I have a decent general knowledge of it. This app makes it so easy to buy and sell BTC, anyone can do it. Just last night I was watching BTC price move for several hours. I was able to purchase a few coins while lying in bed, using my iPhone. This could be great, or dangerous. Just wish there was s way to buy on margin.

Coinbase has always been on top of their front end and UX. Their app works well and looks great. Be aware - the service they run is more like a bank or Venmo, where you hold a balance with them, and you do not have access to the public/private key system/backend. That being said, I trust Coinbase and would recommend to the casual bitcoin user or the luddite.

It was a long battle to get Apple to accept Bitcoin apps, but now that Apple's stance is starting to shift it's great to see Coinbase delivering one of the best Bitcoin apps on iOS. Delivers the level of outstanding looking and intuitive UI's we've come to expect from Coinbase. I hope to see this level of quality apps in the Bitcoin ecosystem for iOS grow.

I have been very pleased with the Coinbase app. I have never experienced a crash on iOS 8 on either my iPhone 5S or 6. The one bug I have found is that transactions continue to show as "pending" long after they've been confirmed. I would also like to have transaction details available such as the number of confirmations and the sending/receiving addresses.

So far I love it I have been waiting for something this simple for a long time. One little problem I have is under translations you can't see the price you bit the coin for. Can see what was charged to your account with fees and everything. I would like to see just what the going rate for a coin was when I bought it.

This app and the service is easy understood and easy set up. First Bitcoin purchase was extremely easy to do, the app provides great updates as the value goes up or down. Highly recommend this app over the others which where to confusing in setup and use. Bitcoin
Digital currency is going to be one of the easiest payment methods in the future !

I like the simplicity that the app provides, and how they have a ticker showing how much the Bitcoin is worth. It's really helpful because then I know when to spend my savings so that I'm not paying such huge amounts of bitcoins for something that only costs $1.00. The interface is easy to understand, and the security makes me feel at ease.
