Luciano Bruno e Bella Falconi em parceria com a DietSmart desenvolveram o Mix Protein, criado para auxiliar na análise e conhecimento da composição de aminoácidos de misturas de diferentes fontes alimentares. A ingestão de uma refeição com todos os requisitos de aminoácidos essenciais é a base da síntese de proteínas. O desequilíbrio de aminoácidos na refeição pode resultar em perda de proteínas corporais e aumentar a predisposição a uma série de doenças.
