I stumbled upon this app and I am not sure why Humana is not promoting this great resource. It is so easy to use and much easier to use than the Web page. You can find doctors/specialists that are closest to your location. You can find and compare drug prices and and then find the pharmacy closest to you. Personally, I think that it is a fantastic app!

I have used this app for all its worth and I love it. I've been a cancer patient, freshly cancer free!!! It's helped me find doctors in my network and when at my primary doctor and need a referral I can check for in network doctors right in the office. No complaints, online site offers a little more but 5 stars for me.

All of the reviews prior to today are pretty bad. I just downloaded the app and everything is working. I have an iPhone 6+ so I don't know if that is the difference or if they fixed all of the issues. I can see all my cards and all of my claims.

What an improvement over the previous version!! I was not able to log into my previous app on Monday. I would strongly suggest experimenting with this version after logging in so as to become familiar with all of the features.

Great app, both in connivence and accountability. By checking my claims, when a doctors office presented me a bill for a previous service, knew instantly it was incorrect. The Humana app showed claim was paid in full.

I have never been more satisfied with an insurance company than I am with HUMANA. The app is great and contains all the info you can possibly need at sign-on!! Way to go HUMANA - I'm a customer for life!

If you're a current Humana member... You need to download this app. Easy to use, easy to navigate and very useful when it comes to looking up your claims and participating doctors.

This update is absolutely perfect. Really simple yet beautiful. Much easier to navigate and I love how you can pay your statement straight from this app. Thumbs up.

Lots of nice features. Loved ability to see claims, even down to the line item details and what was applied toward deductible. Looking up drug pricing is also key.

My girlfriend made this app. 10/10 would use for all health insurance related activities provided I was insured through Humana. A boy can dream.

You can do most everything that you would go to the website for like refilling mail order prescriptions. Much better than the last version.

Easy to use and a great tool to keep track of claims and prescriptions. Also has a feature to view your ID card. Glad I added this app!

I wasn't opposed to the previous look but this version is much faster. It provided the info I needed and I like the spinning ID card.

Sometimes the other app was slow. So far, this is much faster! I love how the ID card spins!

I love this app. Coverage info right there. No need to call anyone. I use it all the time.
