Absolutely indispensable App.
Having the facility of being able to book an appointment at any time of the day with my preferred doctor without having to ring through it is very important for the wellbeing of my family and I.
Unfortunately some illness can come on quite quickly especially with children and being able to quickly book in a doctor it is detrimental.
Confirmation of appointment is prompt and all transactions are easy to follow.
Fantastic app. I just wish more clinics would use this type of system.

Love this app as, old fashioned as it may be, I'm still the one who has to keep the family well and functioning. Working in an intense job and having responsibility for most of the domestic issues, this app has made life that bit easier. Thank you from the bottom of my well looked after heart, which may otherwise be less well looked after if not for this app.

The latest version of the app works really well on my iPhone, iPad and PC. The fact I can also make bookings for my children is excellent, and the history feature has been great when dealing with insurers who want a history of who's seen who, when, where, ... When can the HotDoc team get hospitals on board too? :-)

A very practical & easy to use app - saving me time & effort in getting an appointment with my doctor - I particularly like the confirmation I get after setting the appointment. Also handy to see what appointment slots are available. Great improvement on the old manual/phone system- 5 stars.

I thought I was destined for a long wait on the phone but was able to download the app pick the doc I wanted and confirm the appointment in less time than it would take the call. Got a funny 500 error when I first opened the app so booked on mobile web and since then the app worked fine.

This is a very handy app. It is very comforting to be able to book a doctors appointment online is that it waiting for quite some time on the phone. It also gives you time to browse as in the available appointments and make an easy decision as to what suits. I highly recommend this app.

Would love to be able to change the way the doctors are sorted within the surgery. Some days being able to sort by next available appointment would be great, other days I want to just easily find when my regular GP is available.

This app makes life easier. Firstly I can see all of he available appointments and work out which one works best for me. I can easily cancel if need arises and it reminds me that I have an upcoming appointment.

So easy to book an appointment on my phone in less than a minute. I have my preferred doctor saved, and with no fuss I can make an appointment, it almost seems too easy to just turn up on the day.

Love this app! Can make my own appointment quick and easy and don't have to deal with waiting on the phone for ages to get a person who's barely interested in helping me make my appointment.

Can't live without this. I can book at any time, day or night or weekend instead of waiting til working hours. Love it. So easy to cancel too, when you can no longer keep the appointment.

This is a great app that lets you book your own appointments for the doctor. I love how I can find the time that best suits me without feeling rushed like on phone or in person.
