I am the owner of Kelly Klean. We are a residential and commercial cleaning service and Dallas Texas.

When I say owner, I really mean Receptionist answering all of our frontline calls and text, as well answering our current clients calls and text messages through my personal phone. Social media director for our own website, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Angie's list, Properly. All while working in the field, cleaning someone shower or toilet and the phone rings. Wet hands, no pen and paper, already behind schedule do I respond do I not? Honestly it was much easier not to answer the my chiming pocket, what was the train whistle one for again my email or yelp?

I have literally been searching for five years for a system like HouseCall Pro. It was the smartest thing I could've ever done for myself, my business, my employees, and my customers.

Not anymore, I know exactly who and what it is when I hear that knock knock knock, it's HouseCall Pro and money in the bank. My business has now expanded even faster than I could've imagined. Everything is in one place altogether.

And it's not just me that loves it, my 2 other employees, (soon to be 5) new Clients and my old Clients love that we have done this.

I own a small window cleaning business in Colorado, and so far House Call Pro has been worth every penny! At the end of the day the last thing I want to do is go through several estimates, invoices, etc.....House Call does it all for me. It's like having an automated secretary! My clients love the automated text messages alerting them of my status. They also love the email reminders and the ease of payment with professional invoicing as well as secure credit card processing. It also links with my online quick books account so everything is up to date all the time. You can also set up automated email marketing as well as postcard advertisement! Clients can look you up on the house call app it's ease....I highly recommend this program to all business owners looking for the professional and time saving touch to their business!

House Calls Pro has been doing amazingly good with updates coming regularly. I remember when i first started with QB they have come far. So i see much growth from this company and i am really looking forward to when it becomes one of the best programs for service contractors. Pricing is very affordable so if you want to get low price i suggest to ride along from the beginning.

By the way work on letting us create our own invoices or have a few templates for us to choose for. Thanks.

I have tried almost all crms. Trying to find the perfect one for me & my company needs. House Call Pro is it! Very easy to use! I can print an estimate in less than 2 minutes. Let's customers sign off on them, that's what sold me. It integrates with square. I can use it right in the app! I love this app! I can't say enough good things about it. I can track our guys with GPS tracking. Even send texts to confirm appointments. Soho or Salesforce has nothing on house call pro! I will use this as long as I own my business. Now I have to sign up to get leads too!

Before I discovered House Call Pro, I had tried many other softwares in search of the right features and prices. Now almost a year into using House Call Pro, I couldn't be happier. This software has taken me from 1 carpet cleaning job every 2 weeks to almost 9 jobs a week, and growing. When I tell my clients we're paperless they are always amazed thinking we are larger that what we really are. Truth is that I'm the president of the company, CEO, COO, CFI, Marktting Director, Accountant, and Carpet cleaner. House Call Makes all these easy for now.

This app is awesome! It has all the features my service business needs. Scheduling, charges, and invoicing. If you've been looking for something like this look no further. Really it's awesome. It's not free but let's be honest good products cost money. Charges are way cheaper than Square and a lot easier. You can even manage jobs and schedules for multiple people or employees. It even links up to Quickbooks online, saving time entering all the info multiple times.

This app helped my business flourish so much that I'm booked & unfortunately have had to turn a few jobs down, since there are only so many hours in a day. I've looked into the other apps like Handybook, Home Advisor, a couple others not worthy of downloading. HouseCall is hands down the best one in this industry! Improving features constantly to simplify everything for a PRO to run a business, & features on the HouseCall app to order a PRO! The team of people behind HouseCall are simply Brilliant! Thank You!

This program is amazing and they keep making it better. We researched a lot of different programs out there and this one was the best for our business. They respond quickly to questions and issues. Their customer support has been great. They are constantly updating and listen to suggestions to make it even better.
I would definitely recommend for other service companies to give HouseCall Pro a try. You won't be disappointed.

I've been using this program for a couple months now and I think I'm hooked. It pretty much has everything the small business owner needs. Right down to reminding you of your appointments, reminding your customer of the appointment and invoicing your customer. The program will even follow up with your customer and give them the option to pay with a credit card which they'll deposit straight into your bank account.

The funny thing is I have not opened my business yet! Obviously you have to plan on how to track customers and sales. That a lot of book work and proper management. I ran across this app and this is exactly what I need! Everyday I test this app out and it gets better and better each time I use it. Can't wait to let you know how excited I am to use this app in 30 days. Stay tuned! I will let you know how it goes.

I use this app for my lawn care company and this app is perfect for it. It allows me to keep a detailed schedule and job history. My customers love the fact that this app send them a message letting them know when I have them scheduled and they are able to see details of the job. I've been looking for an app like this for a couple of years and I'm glad I found this app.

I've been looking and tried many apps, in the same category, to organize and make it easier on me to keep up with the complications associated with a "one man team". I also have a lot of faith that the developer is going to stay on top and ahead of the competition.

This app is a game changer for a company in the HVAC industry like mine. This application is the core driver behind all major components that define the functions of a company and is on a cell phone nonetheless. Seamless integration and performance is the most humble description I could give it.

I've been looking for a program that syncs so well with quick books and google calendar. This is it. The search feature for customer look up is hands down no comparison better than in quick books. Look forward to more updates.
