ドラゴンズレアは最初の橋がわたれないことで話題のあまり難しさにコントローラーを投げたくなる大ヒットレーザーディスクゲームです。

怒り新党の番組内では「ドラゴンズレア」はファミコン版が紹介されました。
ドラゴンズレアはもともと1983年にシネマトロニクスによって発売されたレーザーディスクのゲームで「タイムギャル」や「シェンムー」のQTEシステムのようにアニメーションや映像に合わせてボタンを操作するゲームになっています。

ディズニーの作画監督が担当しており、そのクオリティの高さから大ヒットを記録し今では歴史を作ったゲームとして、
パックマンなどと並びスミソニアン博物館に展示される歴史的価値のある伝説のゲームとして有名です。

この北米発のレーザーディスクの人気ゲームが、なぜかアニメーションを削られた上で、ファミコンの横スクロールアクションとして移植されました。
そのファミコン版が番組内では紹介され、理不尽に難しすぎて1面の橋が渡れないと大きな笑いになりました。

ちなみにドラゴンズレアはオリジナル作品の時から激ムズゲームとして知られていました。
おそらく高額なレーザーディスクで、ディズニーの作画監督にアニメーションを頼んだ作品で、
内容的にもすぐにクリアするのではなく、長く遊んでもらおうと思い意図的に難しくしたようです。

ちなみにiPhoneやAndroid版ではこの伝説のオリジナル版を遊ぶことが出来ます。
ファミコン版にもある橋のシーンやダンジョンのシーンも移植なだけに忠実に同じなので、
ディズニーのアニメーションを使った高難易度ゲームを見たい方にはぜひプレイを！
