ドクターに聞いたところ、こういうトレーニングにはかなり費用がかかるものしかなかったそうです。注意力をキープするゲームのようなトレーニングなのですが、成人(ADHD)にもかなり手応えのあるもの。その分「この時ボタンを押せ」の説明もややこしくなるので、英語が普通に使える方にはお勧めします。
