I think this app is great! I've used about 4 apartment sites now and this one is very helpful and has all the information I need for each listing.... except it would be nice if the apartments could also place a notification in their listing whether they accept Section 8 or not.
Besides that, I appreciate the new feature where it ranks the best fits first, then the category of an 80% match and so on. I am anxious for ApartmentList to have ALL the listings of an area...and perhaps add a feature of a map with ALL of the matches added on the map as tacks or circles so that we can get a better idea of what may not be listed.
