AutoStress keeps a watchful eye on your stress levels. If the app detects a spike, you'll receive immediate notifications, empowering you to take action and manage your stress before it takes a toll.

Apple Health Integration

AutoStress reads HRV data from Apple Health to perform stress monitoring. All your data is stored locally and will never be uploaded to any server. To ensure the app functions properly, please keep Background App Refresh turned on.
