- Use the case stem to guide your approach.
- Ask for more information such as additional history or reports from bystanders, family, or EMS.
- Perform a physical exam or begin interventions required to stabilize your patient.
- Your patient's condition responds to the actions you take.

COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS
- Request laboratory tests, imaging, and specialist consultations.
- The case concludes once you've identified the correct diagnosis and disposition.
