Look, I am no Swagbucks staff member, just a new user. I guess everyone likes different things, but how there aren't a swarm of 5-star ratings from users, well I can't wrap my head around it! I am very familiar with "reward earning" apps, I've tried them all, but Swagbucks is on a whole different level that any thing else. The customer service responds to you like it's their priority above all else. Friendly and very helpful! I basically had a long conversation with the particular support agent that dealt with me.

I think Swagbucks got it right! (…finally) This version is way cleaner and is easier to navigate. Meaning there is actually a fixed main navigation at the base of the app now which is consistency I can appreciate. The integrated search is a great feature, were as before I was never 100% sure if I was searching in the app or on the web. Happy to see that Swagcodes is easy to get to also.

I do have to agree with the app being very white. A little more contrast may help with establishing areas of interest.

The offers actually do credit most of the time. While other sites may have faster payout rates, they do not allow you to remain anonymous and will ask for your ID or ship a gift card to your address. My account on another site like this got closed because I put my name as Sum Ting Wong as a joke. I have done several GPT sites, and this one has the coolest management and the best mobile version. However, gift cards can take a long time to arrive and it is not the fastest website.

I realize that there are pros and cons about this app, so I'll simply give you my feedback on it.
I use this app every day, I do searches through it, enter Swagcodes while I'm out, watch TV through it, earn points by checking out Trial Pay, local deals, etc. It's one of many apps that Swagbucks offers. I've not encountered any issues, and I've been using this for many months. (lookingformore)

Looks like the new update has the search screen looking the same on my phone as on my iPad. Problem is the screen is so much smaller I find it really hard to use it on my phone in that format. Wish it had stayed as it used to be. The large screen for the iPad and the small search screen for my phone! Apart from this love this app! Just a shame about the update

I am in love with this app and the most recent update. I usually watch the videos but I never know how many more points I'm allowed to get that day, so I was thinking under the place where it says how many points you can get that day from watching videos, you could put how many points you've gotten or how many more you can get for that day.

I got swagbucks a little over a month ago and decided to give it a shot. It was so worth my time. In the time that I've had it I've received about $35 in rewards. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this app to everyone! Get it!!! And put me as your referral, it will help both of us! {eanderson25}

I have been with Swagbucks for over a year now and out of all the other company's that you get gift cards from, Swagbucks beat them all. Their customer service, needs to be complemented and many of the leading big clothes and merchant stores customer service could learn a lot from Swagbucks employees. Swagbucks is the real deal.

Great app for on the go earning. I still prefer to use my computer.
Please add games and noso on the app. Also please put a filter on the discovers. Ex: for trialpay a bunch of different offers come up, but id rather filter it so that they come up low to high payout and etc. thx Also please add more rewards to the app

Ok so when I downloaded this app... I just thought.. Yeah right this is fake.. But turned out that it was actually real..
I have already gotten two $5 gift cards for Starbucks and bought my frappes with them lol.
So yes.. If you are looking into this app... Definitely get it.. It's not fake I promise

My only suggestion is to be able to access a shopping feature through the app itself. For example if I'm in a store shopping and see something I want to buy, I'd like to be able to open the app, find the store, and purchase the items through the app. Other wise, it's a great app.

The new update....AWESOME!!!! I love being able to go into so many different categories without having to back out of the app & go to the home page. I REALLY love that we can now access the "Full Web Version" from within the app. Thank you for the awesome update Swagbucks!!!!!

I absolutely love the swagbucks app, I don't have a lot of time to get on my laptop, so being able to earn swagbucks on the go is wonderful. I especially love that the latest update now allows surveys, so now I can search, shop, watch videos, & do surveys while on the go!

Survey not working. I love swagbucks I been a member of swagbucks since Jan 2012 I didn't cash in 1st gift card for $100 until sep 2013 only search for the the 1st year an half did not about the other thing you could do so far I made $1175 since becoming a member thanks

ITS A GREAT APP! Now that they fixed update it so that iPhone 5c people can download the update. I have even done a few surveys on the app. I have been swagbucks for three years now. I love earning a little extra spending money.

It's fun and you get perks, meet people, ..... I won $25 dollars on 2 separate sweepstakes. I have over $100 in Starbucks gift cards. It takes a lil patience at times to redeem but it's worth it. Thank you swag bucks.

I wouldn't be saying it if it was not true. This is the real deal. They make it VERY possible to earn swagbucks which add up QUICKLY for rewards. This Mom wouldn't steer you wrong!!

Love this program! Easy to get hooked! Great way to earn extra money and people are willing to share to help each other's success! Definitely worth it!

I rated 5 stars because it has not crashed.I think you guys should add games like the pc because mobile cant play games add swag jump and the other's!

I made $50+++ from swagbucks! Highly recommended by me! Also I make around 150 bucks a month from apps like this and this one is one of the best!
