I've been a member of the 7-Eleven Rewards Program since 2010, but I don't know how long I've had the App.
I haven't Had Any Trouble with the App at All.
I Did Notice When My Barcode Is Scanned, I Don't Get a Star Right Away.
What I Have To Do Is, Close the App and Then Reopen It.
Once I've Done That My Star for My Free Drink Will Appear.
I Do This All the Time, at the Cash Register, When I Check out, Before I Leave.
One Thing I Will Say Is Make Sure the Person Who Is Running the Cash Register at Check out Scanned Your Barcode.
Also You Must Hear the Beep on the Cash Register When Your Barcode is Scanned.
If You Don't Hear the Beep, Have the Person Scan It Again.
I've Had Many Problems with That Situation.
For Some Reason There Are Some People Working at 7-Eleven Who Don't like to Put Your Scan through.
I'm Thinking It's Probably the Owners of That Individual 7-Eleven.
I Can't Be Sure and It's Only My Opinion, but It's Happened Many, Many Times to Me.
I also wanted to say, I think It would be Nice if the 7-Eleven App Added a few ways to Earn some other things besides free drinks. For instance Grill items or Breakfast items. I guess I'm always looking to get a little more for my money. Don't we all? I Hope This Helps Out A Few of You, and Solves Some of the Problems You've Been Having.

I love the 7 eleven app, it's very helpful and convenient. I have loved it for awhile until the recent update. The recent update with the new scanning bar at the bottom had been giving me trouble purchasing my items with the discounts, even the cashier with the app didn't know how to work it. I followed the directions and it won't allow me to scan. the last time I used the app, I had to pay for my items because the app wasn't working. I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem but I liked the other update way much better. I know that they are trying to make the app better, but this made it 10x more confusing for me. I also hate it when it always logs me out if the app because I'm not good at remembering passwords and I've had to reset it multiple times. don't get me wrong I love this app but not the new update.

Offers for the snacks and drinks change up, cool "enter to win" sweepstakes, and there's a SLURPEE FINDER!!!! Come on, who doesn't think this is awesome on it's own?

The whole "member barcode" is cool too bc they told me the more times I have the store scan my barcode, the more offers I'll be given over time. So you best believe I have them scan it with every visit, give me offers!! Be sure the employee doesn't wave the scanner around and it'll read the barcode a lot easier.

They got nice deals in the app love it. What ever deal want to use it get redeem automatic just have to buy those products and have to scan members barcode before paying and once sales associate hits finalize the deal will get redeem. It work great with everyday coffee (people who don't want to use their data they can screenshot the barcode and use that every time from their pictures ) all it need it daily scan.

Every single drink i paid for was registered and i got a star for it. The only thing i can recommend you guys to do is increase the brightness on your device. Also when the clerk scans your device, make sure you hear a BEEP or ring, or else the clerk is scamming you out of your stars. Lastly, if your app doesn't update the stars make sure your device has an internet connection in the first place.

Recently I've been able to use the app with absolutely no interruptions in service. There seems to be a lot of great promotions that are updated fairly frequently. I only wish that it was easier to register for the app, it takes a while to register. It's so convenient to use my Facebook login as a form of registration I wish I could have used it with this app.

There are issues with the app but the good thing is that all stores have been instructed to manually enter the coupon so you can still get the birthday week freebies! Just show the cashier you have the app. Also, there is a feedback section on the app, you can send them a message through there and they will respond and mail you freebie coupons!

I have had this app since July and I have yet to say a single bad thing about it. There are great deals AND free items on a daily basis. Beginning tomorrow I get a free cup of coffee, any size, for free for the next seven days! What is not to love about that?!

Well u always go to 7 eleven there's this hack that you only have to get scanned by the clerks machine so I just buy a gum of 35 cents and I did that for like a 100 times and at last I was taking all the free candy beacause of this app credits it's amazing

This app is great and very easy to use! I highly recommend downloading this app. Not only do you get a FREE 7th slurpee when scanning your purchases, but it also looks cool when you get your phone scanned at the register. Sweet!

I love 7-11 I use to live right by one in California since I moved to Texas I'm very disappoint ha who ever views these I don't know if CEO READS THIS START INVESTING IN TEXAS LOL PLEASE !!! I miss that stop shop.

Free coffee (any size) after every 7 cups. What's not to like? I'm amazed at all of the negative reviews. The app can be a little clunky, but it's well worth a tiny bit of hassle on occasion for the freebies.

I love this app. I'm a bit older, and not so "tech savvy". A cashier at my local 7-11 suggested using this since I'm in there almost every day for my iced coffee fix.

Where else you going to find out which store carries your favorite Slurpee flavor plus they are doing buy 6 cups (any size) & get 1 cup free; hint, hint buy 6 smalls and get a Double Big Gulp free!!!

Passbook is a great addition, I'm glad they listened to everyone and added it in. It makes it a lost easier since my favorite store just pops up on my lock screen and I can just swipe and then scan.

While there was a learning curve for the customers and the associates this app works great on both the drink rewards and picking up the other coupons when checking out.

Like how easy the app has become to just quickly open up and scan. Initially when it came out, I’d have troubles getting the barcode to pop up fast enough.

Everyone shut up with the negative comments. If you wrote a bad review you either don't know how to use it, or it's not compatible with your phone!

Does a good job with the basics. It's a lot easier to scan with the barcode on the front. Wish there were more offers on things I care about.

I'm a daily customer so use the app and I get a fee drink every week. Love the extra deals the offer only for those using the app
