禁煙を始めるにあたり、App storeで禁煙で検索ヒットするアプリを片っ端から入れたのですが、これが圧倒的に素晴らしかったです。

600円と高くて悩んだ有料課金も、結局しました。

まず、UIが全て英語ですので、そこは織り込んでくださいね。

あとは、出来れば禁煙開始の10日以上前に、初期設定を終えることを薦めます。
理由は、最初のミッションが禁煙開始の7日前に始まるので、有課金をするかの判断が、7日以上前前にされる事が、望ましいからと
考えます。

This application is bright and full of things to do. A lot of smoke free applications like to sent alerts every few hours. This application is not too annoying. The are entries to fill out and strategies to handle cravings. The only thing I would change is the way they handle withdrawal symptoms. The first few days of quitting are the worst and it can be unbearable at times. It is not simply cravings, but breaking a habit forming drug. The first week is very important.

このアプリ、英語でしかひょうじされませんが、アドバイス内容が的確で且つ喫煙者の心をよくわかった方々が作っていることが強く感じられます
また、禁煙サポーターの方も良い人たちばかり。

このアプリと一緒にニコチンパッチなどを使うと禁煙成功率はむっちゃ上がると思います

現在は禁煙から1年経過しました。禁煙は継続しています。今でも吸いたくなった時にこのアプリに助けてもらっています。

完全にやめるのではなく、吸わない期間を延ばす感じにして行って、最終的にやめられればラッキーかな…という、軽いノリで使い始めましたが、思いのほか効果があってオドロキです 有料版で利用中。

全部英文だけど、翻訳しながら使ってる。
意外と痒いところに手が届く設計がされてて、説明書きが全て英文だと言うことを差し引いても使い勝手は悪くない。
今後は課金して使うかも知れない。

This app gives you a lot of help in quitting smoking; it gives you badges to feel a sense of achievement when you’ve not smoked, and the diary entries to log your cravings’ intensities is really helpful. Great app! Definitely worth trying.

Great App, keeps you on track of what you are doing. But repeatedly used word “smoke” on different context like ‘smoke free’ or ‘puff’, will put you on a stress because it willreminds you old habit you have just decided to foget.

This app paired with some good strategy worked wonders for me. The way the gameify things. So many new badges to be earned early on. It gets you excited to keep pushing!
