Additionally the app size has been condensed for a better and improved customer experience. More specific week-by-week coaching has been added to empower app users to feel more confident as runners and to improve their training progression. Finally, a half-dozen bonuses were added to dramatically add value to the app, making this app the most bang for your buck that you can find anywhere.
