It may not have all the 'bells and whistles' of say the Barclaycard app and other 'giants.' This is Capital One after all. They're nowhere near the size of these giants. But what they do they do well.
Yes Barclaycard and the like may be ultimately phenomenal in doing many things... but at the end of the day you want to keep an eye on your expenditure and what you need to pay and crucially when to pay it.

This app has all of that and is very good. It does what it needs to and does it very well. I'm very happy with their service and app. Now *if* Barclaycard could have managed that I'd maybe have stuck by them. A great card for beginners or people wanting a secondary card or one to help with their credit score. Well worth investing in.

Like that fact you can now log in using Touch ID as asked before this has been delivered, A small flaw in the update it would be nice to see updates in "last statement balance" if you made multiple payments to that statement and remaining balance on statement, as it currently doesn't support this feature, instead have to make two of the same payments if forgotten how much you paid to it previously and use this option. Apple Pay would be a bonus feature and gain
advantage over competitors.

Although still an easy app to navigate and use.

The app keep you up to date with your account and shows you every transaction you've made so you can't go over your cap, informs you in advance your payment amount and payment date. If you do have to call or have a query or just a question the staff are great they do have security in mind and flag anything they think is odd in your account. This has saved me time and effort sometimes I forget when payments are due they let you know in advance 1 week that your payment is due. Makes life a lot better for sure. X

I have never rated an app. before purely to praise it - until now.

I love this update. When I last left a review I said that the only thing I wished it could do was list pending transactions. Capital One listened and the feature has been added. I love that instantly after making a payment with my card the full details are listed under pending transactions.

You guys are definitely the leaders in your field and your fraud team are second to none too! Well done guys!

This app has really been thought out well. There is a nice summary screen with all relevant information and nothing more. You can make payments very quickly. The process is always smooth and fast. Gives me confidence when it's loading things with decent loading indicators. To pay my card, I can literally open the app, use Touch ID, choose an amount, enter CCV and done! 5 stars all day long!

I thought I would come back to this App after being disappointed with the previous version. The App has been transformed into something you can actually use! It shows current Card statement, previous transactions, pending direct debits, and you can pay any amount via your stored Card details. Frankly I don't need much more. It's been a long time coming but now it's an App worth keeping.

Very simple and pretty easy app. Adding options to add more accounts to the app is brilliant it will make life so much easier for me now. Just a suggestion instead of clicking log out to switch account maybe just have a new button called switch accounts so you don't think your logging out of the app completely. But very good first try!! Thank you for listing to your customers.

Great app, does exactly what you want/need and is very easy to use.
Only thing I would like to do is add multiple cards, I have a couple of cards through capital one but can only seem to add one at a time to the app so I still need to go online to check the other one and while I'm there it's just as easy to check them both, making the app hardly used and somewhat redundant.

I find this app is very useful for tracking my spending, it's up to date within nano seconds & allows me to make payments from my debit card as when I choose, my direct debit payments are accessible quickly as well, well useful app, thank you

Love that app. Can do everything that I need to do without having to remember all my passwords to log into the website, only need to remember my passcode so I'm very happy with it.

I'm one of those people that forget things like bills but with is app I just load up pay a bit off and no over due bills, so easy to use and clear.
