Great Motivator

So, after trying this app a few times and having difficulty getting into a routine, I realized something.
This is Daily Burn! You CAN do it EVERY DAY without hurting yourself!
I was pretty lean, exercised occasionally, but I was kind of weak and out of shape, and needed something to kickstart my fitness routine. At first, I made the mistake of doing the exercises every other day because I was really sore and afraid I would injure myself.
What I recently realized is this: the program I selected (cardio blast) is set up to take this into account. Your legs might feel like noodles 12 hours after a workout, but don't worry. If you do the program every day, you won't work them hard again until they have recovered.
Skipping workouts made it very confusing.
Don't skip them!
Just do the workouts as they have them laid out and you will love it.

This app makes it fun to work out, the fitness coaches keep me really focused and motivated during a workout. They also make sure to talk about how important hydration and diet is, which serve as great reminders. The workouts are dynamic and never boring.
I have tried so many workout apps- this is the one I have stuck with. It really is amazing and I can't recommend it enough.
I only wish I could split my subscription with my husband!!
My advice: do the free trial. When you get sore, just keep going. Follow their instructions and you will get stronger.

Finally bit the bullet and joined...lovin' it!!!

I have thought about joining several times, but kept putting it off. Feeling the need to cut back on my trainer workouts so I could attend all my kids track meets, I finally bit the bullet and signed up. I'm so glad I did. I am truly enjoying the Inferno HR workouts. Some moves are harder for me, I consider myself an intermediate level, certainly not advanced. But I really wanted to try this one since it focused on HR. For a few of the more complex push-up and burpee moves, I just use the simple version and try to focus on good form. I'm using my new Fitbit Blaze which doesn't interact with Daily Burn, but gets the job done. May decide to get a Polar or Wahoo, I'm sure it would be even more fun seeing your own zones! I also like that I can follow the workout plan but have the ability to make modifications/catch up when my schedule gets a bit off. Hoping Daily Burn comes out with some more HR workouts. Great value

This is the best way I've found to work out. For a low monthly price you get workout programs that are nice and mobile. They are long enough that you feel like you did something but short enough to not be intimidating and difficult to fit into your day. There is a nice range of workout types and difficulties and duration. The trainers all seem to know their stuff. It's really nice to be able to access the site/ workouts from so many different portals (computer, tablet, xbox, etc). Also the workouts are mostly designed to require minimal equipment.
There are a few downsides. The trainers like to talk, even during yoga so if you don't like being coached continually throughout the workout, don't bother. Also the app does not have all of the features of the online site, like your calendar if you are following one of the programs. These are minor for me and I'm really enjoying my new home gym.

Great Program with HeathKit

The workouts offered by DailyBurn helped me get to my goal weight and live a healthy life again. The newest update seems to have fixed ALL of the previous glitches for me. Had to contact support a few times and always got a response in 24 hours. The calorie and Workout data gets pushed to Health app after working out. I like the workouts!

Fell of the routine 4 weeks ago got back to using dailyburn and the 365 workouts. Reminds me of the today show with workouts... I like it. Today daughter hugged me and said I needed to gain weight because she easily put hands around me. Love the workout, thank you for these moments. Wish 365 workouts would have a HR monitor too, but seems unrealistic given the live nature.

I LOVE this app!

I personally love doing intense, short workouts with someone telling me what to do to keep me on track. As long as that's what you're looking for, along with having like 100 workouts to choose from, you'll love this app. If you're more of a gym type, this is not for you. I love that there are tons of workouts that don't require any equipment. The emphasis on stretching before and after workouts helped me recover so much faster and improved my back and hip issues a ton. Don't skip the recommended stretching videos! I also loved that there are different difficulty levels to choose from so there is always something more challenging that I can choose from. I highly recommend this app if you have only a short amount of time to workout a day and dislike gyms!

Love it!

One of the best especially since I can't get exercise tv anymore. It gives you an opportunity to try all kinds of workouts and I'm loving the trainers! I still haven't figured out how to input my calories burned, but other than that, I'm finding the selection great! No way could I own as many videos as the workouts I get to try. And I can take the exercises with me on my iPad and my iPhone. No excuse to not start an exercise plan and to stick to it. Here's to a healthy happy 2013!

The app is finally working so that I can pick the exercise I want to do. Had a lot of trouble in the beginning - the app wanted to make the decisions! And it finally for the first time tonight tracked the calories I burned. Seeing a difference and loving it!

Best exercise app ever!

This is the best bang for your buck, especially if you opt to pay yearly. Better than going to the gym. When Daily Burn 365 started last year I was so excited. When I only have half an hour and don't want to use equipment, then this is my go to routine for the day. There are so many options with the other programs, the trainers are top notch. Plus, when you need a rest day there are recovery routines like foam rolling to keep you going. Being able to instantly stream the programs through my iPad to the TV is so convenient. This is the no excuse left now get in shape train you want to catch. So try it for a month, you and your body will be glad you did. Oh, and I'm 68 and it's never too late to start.

Finally--an interesting, convenient, interactive w

I've tried different apps to work out at home, and then I found Daily Burn! I do 365, 6 days a week on a delay. They stream/record a brand new workout every single day at 9 am ET, and I work so I access it at 6 am ET the next morning, before it gets replaced by the new one. I've done some of the recorded routines, but one thing I don't like is hearing the same conversation/comments more than once--and that goes for any pre-recorded workout. So, with 365, it's all new and fresh and you have to have your head in the game to follow along--like you'd have to do in a class. I use hand weights some days, but that's totally optional.
I can't say enough about it--it's amazing!

Strength Through Flexibility

This is a phenomenal app and a fantastic program. There are at present enough workouts to keep me from plateaus, and a wide range of lengths and difficulty levels.

I've done P90X and Insanity. Both are more intense than DailyBurn...BUT...P90X gets old quickly (little variety and WAAAAAY too much Tony Horton hyperactivity) and Insanity will kill you if you're not careful. Plus, both program's workouts are at least 45 minutes per session, even up to 100 minutes for Yoga X. DB allows you to adjust between 15 minutes and an hour at varying intensity levels.

This is now my default exercise program. I only hope they continue to release new workouts regularly.

No cable no problem

Love this app ! There are a ton of different programs for all levels and with all materials. You could reasonably just subscribe and never need to buy equipment.

I don't have cable and I don't enjoy gyms, I love to hike, climb, swim, and overall be out door active, I love this app because when I can't get out I can search by how much time I have allocated and pick a work out by how much I can put in that day. I love starting my day with a Pilates stretch and ending on the daily program.

If you're a cable cutter like us and are looking for at home work outs this app is necessary, it's on the large streaming devices like Roku as well as your phone

Burn Baby!

I am running DailyBurn on an iPad mini. I haven't had any issues with streaming or loading… I am on the free trial and this doesn't seem to it affected quality in anyway.
So far, Keaira is my favorite. I love the dance moves… It's such a great way to break up the monotony me of working out every day. We already have a home gym where I walk/run on the treadmill. This is a perfect addition to it.
I will be keeping DailyBurn after my trial expires and gladly paying the monthly fee.… I expect that it will only get better… I will definitely update my review anything changes.

Best thing ever!

I remember hearing about the Daily Burn a long time ago, and I believe at that point they did not have an app. With the ability to connect to AppleTV, chrome cast, do it from your phone, laptop, iPad, wherever basically, this app is the solution for lack of group exercise class availability, and when you're short on time. The instructors are credible, exciting, and are very good at motivating you. You really feel like you're in a group exercise environment. The content is relevant, the music is great, and the exercises are perfect! I'll always keep my Daily Burn!

Perfect for a lazy procrastinator!

Daily Burn 365 has been the only thing keeping me working out at least 6 days a week on a consistent basis for almost two months now. I love not knowing what is coming, and I get a lot more out of a 30 minute full body workout than I would have spinning my wheels for an hour at the gym! I can wear whatever I want and no one is judging me. Plus, since each workout is only available for 24 hours, I have the added pressure to "use it or lose it". The trainers are all super fun and positive, and seeing the wide variety of body shapes in the classes is inspirational.

Awesome app!!

I used to workout and take figure skating lessons for an hour each 5 days a week, until I injured my back after the birth of my daughter 7 years ago. I'd sporadically workout and skate, but eventually just quit. This app was suggested to me by my doctor for the Pilates series a few months ago, and I finally started using it a week and a half ago. I wish I'd have started sooner! I love that I can do the workouts almost anywhere, and it's reignited in me the love I used to have for working out. Who knows, maybe I'll start skating again too?!

Great fitness app!

I've been through several of the programs from start to finish, and have enjoyed each one. I've been using it for a year, and I'm at the point where I am integrating workouts from routines to further enhance my fitness.

The only slight complaint that I have is that the pause function doesn't always work perfectly. That usually doesn't matter because I am trying to keep the pace with the routine, but caring for small children requires me to stop sometimes. The resources in this fitness community are great.

365 is great

365 is a great addition to the iPhone app! The phone is a little small to watch the workouts but you can AirPlay or project to a larger screen. Hopefully 365 will be available on Chromecast soon like the other workouts. A new workout is recorded every day for 365. If you are lucky enough to have free time at 9am EST then you can even watch it live. Otherwise it’s available the rest of the day. It’s a good deal at $13/month for the daily workout and all there past program content.

I love daily bu...

I love daily burn so naturally I love the app. It works now with Apple TV, chromecast (even the 365 daily live workouts, now), and I know others use Roku, Amazon Fire sticks, etc. to stream workouts on their tvs. Of course you always have the option to watch live on your computer and any of these options work for the library of different workouts including one from a biggest loser trainer. You can use Xbox for the library but not live 365 program yet. Anyway all great.

LOVE DailyBurn 365

For starters, I never write reviews, but this app deserves praise. Ever since they started live streaming DailyBurn 365 at 9:00 EST each morning, I find I work out way more than I ever did before. It is the app feature I use most as it is nice to connect with a 'real class' in session - this has made the monthly fee reasonable. For the video workouts, my go to is Justin's True Beginner videos. Wish they would add more by him as there is only nine. MANY THANKS!!

You may be at your house by yourself, you may have kids running around, pets, or whatever the circumstances this is an incredible community that wants to see you succeed.
