I've been using zulily for about a year now and have never had any issues. I was ecstatic when I found out about their app! I love having access to all the great deals on a concise mobile version of the site. The app works very well and is extremely easy to maneuver. Zulily's customer service is also great itself, and you'll receive updates on each step of your order shipment.

I just love Zulilly!!! Everything about this shopping experience makes me happy on the inside. I don't even have to step out of my home to go and faced long lines in Target or the hassle of IKEA, all the unique items I find there are right here on Zulilly. Only bad thing is that now I can't stop myself from hitting the "Submit Order" button Keep doin y'all thang !!!

Being a single mom that works M-F and wkends are spent with my 13 yr old daughter, we LUV Zulily! We can sit and window shop together and not have to go out in bad weather or crowds. We don't have to drive 45 minutes to the closest town to buy clothes & shoes to avoid having "cookie-cutter" outfits from Wal-fart. The prices are great and customer service is wonderful.

I look forward each day to see what amazing deals on anything you need Zulily has going on. Love that I can save my items to buy in the future and that I can request notifications on when my favorite products or items are being featured. I never feel guilty about buying things for myself either because I save so much money. Thanks Zulily, my #1 go to app ❤️

Zulily is my "go-to", but the app is the icing on the cake. I can flip as needed btw devices and the app is one of the very few things in my life that can keep up with me!!! I love the express pay feature, except that it makes it a little too easy to keep shopping..... . Can't say enough about Zulily and I would expect no less from them in an app.

No complaints here! Easy to use and I love all the bargains I find here! Yes, shipping can some times take longer than desired but the items usually state it if that's the case. Have been shopping with them several years. Have had 2 issues with items and Zulily went above and beyond in resolving the issue. I'm happily addicted to Zulily!

I love this app. Zulilly is so easy to use and everything I have purchased has come quickly and always in perfect condition. This app will let you save you credit cards so you don't even need to have them with you when you are shopping. The prices are great and they have the best daily deals. This is a must have app don't miss out get it now.

Love the app, the customer service is fantastic, and selection is great! Wish there were more choices for the junior girl and boy sizes - say after a child is still in middle school but is quite tall and has outgrown size 16s Where do you shop? Also would love more crafter options! Can't say enough great things about the company! A++++++++

Love zulily! Have used for a couple of years. Anytime I have ever had a problem (which is rare) customer service has been incredible. The app is great and makes shopping easy. Only downside is shipping takes a while, but understand with how the company is set up. And since I'm getting good prices on things I don't mind waiting.

I have shopped many times from this app. Great store. No problems with the app or the store. Had only 2 items that I had an issue with. Since they have a no return policy, when I called customer service, they were very polite and issued me a credit...one was a wrong item that was shipped, the other was another customers order.

Great app. It's easy to browse and see all of the daily specials. I especially like that you can love certain items and when they come back you will get a notification. Another useful and very helpful tool is the notify me option that sends you an email when the item is available again. Love this app. Keep up the great work!

Like literally!! I check Zulily everyday and the free shipping on additional orders within that same day is fabulous!!! Customer service is awesome and very helpful! Only thing is I wish when I left the app to go to another app or check my messages it didn't refresh. Now I have to find what I was looking at all over again.

This site has something for everyone. The different selections of children's clothes goes from infant to teens+. The prices are amazing. I have saved a lot of money which meant I could buy more. Plus if you tell your friends and they order you get a credit. How easy is that.

This is seriously an awesome app I love the petals that I earn (which is apparently going away in a few days). The only problem I have is with zulily themselves, which is the time it takes to get products and how many packages I end up getting. My roommates thought I was just blowing money by ordering something everyday.

I have ordered several different items from this site from sheets to clothes to shoes and decor. I absolutely love it!! I love checking out the new listings. Fast shipping. Easy to order. My only complaint is that items sell out very quickly so when you find something you like you have to jump on it fast or it's gone!!

This app is so easy to use. Definitely one of the better shopping apps out there. The only thing I don't like is that there's no delete button from the shopping cart- only a "save for later" option, which is nice when you truly want to save something, but annoying when you change your mind about a product entirely.

This app works great, making it all too easy for me to purchase far too many various things-- from workout equipment to kitchen gadgetry to kids' couture-- at my first impulse! Seriously, if I have my eye on something, it is nice to have the app so I don't miss out on sales, plus it's a breeze to navigate. Thx

This app is addicting for a shopaholic like myself. I have to check it everyday to see what's new. The newest update has been a problem for my iPhone. I can not load the app therefore I can't see the newest items for sale everyday. However I can still open up the app on my iPad even after the newest update.

I love sulkily and have ordered multiple times!...this last update made it so I cannot find my past orders nor track the last two orders in still waiting on. I have my emails thankfully but even using those links do not allow me to see status. Hope this will be resolved so I can locate all my previous orders!

I love Zulily! Their customer service is fantastic. I once accidentally hit submit on a huge shopping cart. I called the customer service line the next business day and they corrected my mistake. They were very courteous and understanding. My only complaint is that it takes awhile to receive your items.
