Pretty good!
It's nice to have a bunch of exercises on cards that can be organized into personalized workouts.
It's not always easy to make workouts. Some of the menus and settings are not in intuitive places.
The explanations and animated exercise guides are very helpful. A few seem to skip important frames.
Downloading the HD exercise guide is tempting, but it's too huge for my phone.
Overall a solid, helpful app that is especially good for exercise beginners. Hopefully it will become smoother to use with subsequent versions and more use on my part.

A workout compendium in my palm!
Worked out many years into my mid-forties at the gym. Late forties found me doing long walks with dog but no workout. Decided to get back into some workouts at home--dumbbells--and looked up some apps for that and found this one. Plenty of excellent exercises here for every kind of workout. Illustrated and animated steps. Great app and excellent value!
