I find this app wonderful to use. I love that I have the option to save addresses so I have saved my house my boyfriends and my job! It allows me to save my orders so my usual a are just a click away to order! And my most favorite feature has got to be the order tracker! I mean out goes the days of calling the store to see if they are on the way or not. The tracker not only just tell you if it's out for delivery you get to see the entire process from the time the store received your order from them prepping before baking to the time they put it in the oven and then out for delivery ! It's a great simply user friendly app and I NEVER experienced crashes ! It's a great app

This app has continued to be a life saver for me since Day 1 when I downloaded it! I tend to constantly be on the move in all different locations and to be able to have something dependable like this for munchie status is huge!! I love the reliability of this app and of Domino's itself as a company. Never have I had an experience whether it be pick-up or delivery that I could say is anything close to unsatisfactory. The customer service is never anything other than top notch. I highly recommend this app and Domino's in general especially for a first timer who has never had the pleasure to experience this fantastic food. Great food with great prices and discount combinations!

We have used every pizza delivery service in Little Rock, none of which offer the wide variety of foods that Dominos offers!!!! Not to mention, their delivery team is alway kind, courteous and professional! Unlike other delivery services, which seem to hate their jobs, the Dominos Team from the Rodney Parham Store(which I believe is the location that delivers to our house here on Evergreen Street)! So, my wife says I talk to much and no one listens, nor reads these reviews...however, I feel people do read them, which is why I want anyone that may preread reviews prior to ordering or using this delivery service, I just want to say that this Dominos is far above the rest!!!!

There are occasions when I am at a soccer game with one child, and my other three teens are at home ready to eat dinner. This app makes it so easy for me to quickly place an order without having to fish through my purse to find a credit card on the sidelines. I love that it saves my favorite order, and I can make changes without having to start all over. My only suggestion is I confuse hand tossed with pan pizza, and one always cost more than the other and I don't know until I get to the end. A description of the pizza types with pictures like we see on the website would be very helpful for forgetful folks like me. Keep up the great work making it easy to eat pizza :-)

Super quick delivery & quick pickup times as well! And the app is awesome!! You don't have to wait on hold forever to order your food & after its ordered, there's a timer that lets you know they're making your food, when it's put in the oven, & when it's on the way to be delivered or when its ready to be picked up!!! The food is ALWAYS fresh & hot, like it just popped out of the oven, onto my table... They have a Variety of menu items.. Not like your normal pizza place.. Dominos Has so much more choose from.. I LOVE ME SOME DOMINOS! I don't eat pizza anywhere else... Thanks so much, for the care you put into making my food & just for all that y'all do all together!!

Before this awesome app and the excellent customer service behind the entire operation, I was some schmuck, ordering Papa John's over the phone. Papa John's was all I cared for... However, when I got tired of spending 5 minutes to talk to someone when I called for an order, I decided to give apps a try. Papa's app is incomparable to this... and to be honest, Domino's app was the only reason I ordered their pizza in the first place. I just like the convenience and simple design. After I got my pizza (and devoured it), I knew there was a reason behind the grade-A app... The pizza was top notch, and I couldn't imagine going back to Papa John's. Keep it real, Dom...

Love this app. To make it awesome (instead of just "great"), please * mark which crusts, toppings, etc. are considered "premium", resulting in an upcharge. We compiled several pizzas, then when we went to the checkout screen saw that each was priced differently, though we used the same 7.99 carry out special. Turned out that certain toppings incurred an upcharge but it took 10 minutes of editing to ascertain which ones. Another idea would be to have a bill tally in the background of your steaming pizza graphic, that increased if certain premium additions were made to the pizza graphic. The kids could build their own pizza with a $9.00 budget.

Not sure how one can poorly execute a pizza-ordering app, but apparently Papa John's has managed to do so! I used to much prefer Papa John's to Domino's, but along with the changed crust and greater apparent emphasis on quality, this app has facilitated my transition from Papa John's to Domino's.

Idea: it'd be cool if you'd add a few more artisanal toppings. Arugula, garlic, portobello mushrooms, artichokes, etc. ... for a vegetable fanatic such as myself, there is an entire untapped world out there waiting to be tapped.

I love the Domino's app! It makes the ordering process super quick and easy. I actually find it to be easier and faster than calling the store or ordering online on the computer. I've never had any issues, glitches, crashes, or worries that my information isn't safe. The Tracker always seems to be very accurate as well. I've used different apps in the past with that feature and they didn't work to well in real time; Domino's did a fantastic job on theirs. I've already recommended this app to all of my friends and family who love Domino's, and I definitely recommend it to anyone reading this who is unsure of downloading it.

Convenient, quick, easy, affordable. As a college student it's great for me to order a pizza as I'm on my way home from school so I can pick it up and pay for it with no hassle then take it home and enjoy it while I do my studies. I have yet to have any issues, and since I've started using this app I've actually been able to make my pizza purchases cheaper than if I were to order through anyone else. Stead of going to the closest, or more local pizza joint, I would much rather take the 10 to 15 minute drive to my local dominoes and get pizza from them instead of anyone else. ( Service and quality must just be that amazing)

I have yet to have any issues with this app. I have found it more beneficial to have the app than to order from the website. The order tracker has made a huge difference as well. I know as soon as the tracker gets to ready I'm about 10minutes away from having someone knocking on my door. Order accuracy so far has been 100% and I'm pretty happy overall. The app also stores your orders, so rather than going back through everything over again you can just go back and reorder a past order. Saves on time and is nice, especially for someone who is as picky as I am and gets the same thing virtually every time. Please keep it up.

My experience with the app was a little iffy at first, though over time there have been improvements made to ease the process and fix bumps in ordering. It used to be far more difficult to get toppings split for a pizza, use coupons, pay, and even log in. Now, I stay signed in, it saves payment information, and ordering is easy to customize. I give this review in hopes that the app team continues to diligently improve their product and listen to customer suggestions, (like perhaps allowing for special instructions, or saving a favorite location so my phone doesn't think I want the one across town again...). Keep it up!

First off, anyone that screwed up their own order shouldn't give the app a negative review, that was clearly user error.

The app is very menu driven, all the details are there to create what you want and how you want it, I've used the app multiple times and have always been served the correct order. If you aren't tech savvy or menu driven, just call in or have your kids do it because it's much faster.

I order for the company I work for all the time and they are very large orders. Thanks Dominos, you have a great app, it's just geared toward those that already know what they want and can navigate your detailed app.

This app is GREAT!!! Everything you can order is easily accessible and coupons as well as 'local coupons' help me save, while getting exactly what I want! Such a customer friendly app. I used to be against Dominos, but ever since I gave them another try and started using the app to ordering couldn't be more pleased. I can see who is making my food while it's being prepped and made and who my delivery person will be. I always give honest feedback after I use the app and but its always great!! Dominos is doing there thing right now and actually thinking about their customers and how to make things better for us.

My wife and I have ordered pizzas, sandwiches, premium chicken, and pastas from the app with only one problem... When we order a thin crust pizza, we both hate the square cut style. We prefer pie cuts, but the app doesn't have a way to show that. Yes, we could add that in as part of the delivery instructions, but they don't look at that until the pizza is cut and in the box. The only way to fix it is to order via the app, then call the store immediate after the order is placed. Yes, it's a problem. No, not enough of one to drop it down a star in my opinion. We can still get everything we want with ease!

So a lot of times the coupons don't work correctly, such as a special for unlimited topping for a single price. Sometimes the price will go up after a few toppings. Also if you select pan pizza the price is increased by a dollar for the pick any three for 5.99. This may be the standard price for the item, but the app should specify the reason for the prices changes.

Coupons all seem to finally work consistently. The updates have all helped the interface quite a bit. Premium pricing is shown more accurately. So raising my initial review to five stars. Next step, bring back the half off everything

Was never a huge fan of Dominos until my hometown decided to put one in at one of our local shopping plazas. Even with multiple local mom and pop style pizza shops in town I still order Dominos for the purpose of being able to fully customize my orders, yes there is a bit lacking in the sandwich department, like the option for lettuce or pickles or other veggie toppings, but other than that I believe this app is a fully comprehensive and more direct way of ordering yourself some delicious food! Keep up the good work and your customers will keep up the constructive criticism! My true rating is 4.5 stars!!

We love our local and fairly new Dominos. I personally order from it about 3 times a week! Highly recommended for there pizza, wings, specialty chicken, cheesy bread, parmesan bits, pasta, and sandwiches! Heck, that about covers everything on the menu! Try it!! There VERY FAST, courteous, and have great food and employees!! The app rates a A+++++ on my rating board also. Download it now and see how it works.
P. S. If you use the app they give you a free pizza everytime you credits get high enough. A free pizza with lots of children is a win win anyway you look at it!

I've been reading all the negative reviews and I wonder if people remembered this is a Dominos you know very affordable pizza. I actually find the app so easy and quick. I do feel bad though because it means less people working.

I like how you can see where they are at in the process. I don't know if it's real or not but still pretty cool.

I do wish we could add a tip though. I don't like to pre-too so here is an idea have an to add it after you have received your food. Like an email and it could say "if satisfied can we recommend a tip" now there is a great idea! That's my only complaint

The app is easy to use and the pizza is always prepared to order. Great value and the food tastes great. I don't understand some of the negative reviews. Of course there are gonna be some occasional issues as every business has them. Some people just love to complain. Unless errors are happening on a continuing basis, give a business some slack and time to remedy the situation. Been purchasing quite a bit recently from Dominos after a few year hiatus (moved and some health issues). I have been pleased with both the service and products from two different locations. I highly recommend Dominos!!!
